Focalecig ... A new Fasttech??

I just ordered a nemesis clone from focalecig. Its my first time ordering from this store.
I contacted them by email as i wasnt sure about the shipping method, and Doris replied almost immedialely!

Really looking forward to see how my order goes. And hoping that it goes faster than slowtech. Man, i got 9 active orders from slowtech, first one placed about a month ago, and i haven seen anything yet.

I hope i have better luck with focalecig!

You should see your new Nemesis within 2 1/2 weeks ... unless there is some restock situation, which I don't believe there, you may see your order before your FT orders ... Hope it all goes well for you.

I dont live in the US, im in Mexico, so maybe it will take a little longer than 2 1/2 weeks, but ill settle for them not taking 15 days to send it like slowtech did in some of my orders!

Plus Doris mentioned that they ship via Hong Kong post, instead of Singapure. She claims its faster.

I hope shes right!

There was this one time & I mean one time only- I rec'd a FT order via HKP in 7 or 8 days. Shocked the hell out of me.
All other orders have taken 21-28 days to get to me. Lady one came via SingPost.

That was prolly during "Hong Kong Post gate" ... for about three months every thing got jacked up because they were scanning every single package looking for banned items .. They are back to normal now, and 7-10 to the USA is the norm for HKP ... Singapore is the slow boat no matter what!

Nope it was well after that which was surprisingly unexpected. The good part was it wasn't anything I needed urgently.

To demonstrate via photo that there is an internal short within the device, you photograph the Squape attached to an ohms meter, minus any build, and take a picture of the resistance reading.

They have to ask for photo verification of any defect, as does FT, its the only way for them to know that the claim is legitimate ... there are plenty of folks out there who try to con vendors (not saying you are one of them), so its necessary.

ETA: I agree with Delboy ... in filing a Paypal dispute you take the ability to resolve the issue out of the vendors hands, and they have to wait for a Paypal decision before they can refund you because the transaction funds become frozen until resolved by Paypal.

The other downside is that you now guaranteed that you will have to pay to ship the item back, as would be required by Paypal in order to refund you via a dispute, so essentially you will come out with nothing going this route ... so its really best to NOT file a Paypal unless a vendor is not cooperating.

If you had just let Doris handle it, she would have either sent you a replacement free of charge, or refunded your monies without asking for the device back, and so the only thing lost would have been "time spent".

Well, just did read somewhere. Guy got screwed. PP did close his case with them, they officially washing there's hands for e-cigarette related product mailed in USA, Canada and not sure what is 3rd country. So... if Doris will respond to PP with detailing on product, who knows how it gona turn out.

If you mean the message about the Squape's, yes I saw that one. It sucks, because she then had to scramble around trying to find adequate replacements for the Squape. Fasttech just discontinued their listing for the same Squape, and now they different version from a different manufacturer.

So surprised to see this problem on a newly released clone ... stuff like this normally happens after a product becomes too popular and the manufacturer is struggling to keep up with demand. But jeez, right out of the gates on the first batches??

Yay yay ... I saw that, and I am with you! I really like the Aqua alot, I just don't have the 21mm Origin to go with it. Don't you have the Origin Laylel? The Aqua was created to go with the Origin Mod.
