I received my Squape from Focal last week and it's a dud unfortunately.
After a couple of emails from Doris on Saturday, the replacement base was sent on Monday - very pleased with the way they've handled the situation.
Despite the faulty item, I'll be dealing with them in the future - they run their business in a very professional manner.
