You are a total nut bucket! ... did you prime your wicks before you put your chimney on, and filled it? ... I have recently tried cotton yarn on the Taifun GS, and it tasted just like cotton yarn .. immediately re wicked it with cotton, and all was right in the world. Also have cotton running in the 3.1 right now .. but I am dying to try a piece of xc116 in this baby, because it rocks socks in the Taifun GT.

I've been following this thread for some time, thanks for all who've contributed! I have a question about the group buys. I've gone in on two - the 18650 Caravela and the Aqua. What is the procedure on fulfilling these orders? The Caravela one ended a couple of days ago and my order hasn't shipped yet. Is there a waiting period after it ends and before they receive the product, like a regular group buy works?

And Nikkita, I was getting ready to ask if the Aqua was the good one w/ red o-rings, and you posted before I needed to ask! Thanks - just purchased one.

The Group Buys do usually have a pre-set ship date, that is usually 3 days or so after the end of the Group Buy promotion. I can't swear by it, but I am "fairly" certain that the Caravela Tube set from the Group Buy had a scheduled ship date of 3/21/14. You could always email them to verify, but I believe that was the date I saw.

I also have the new Caravela tube set coming, so I am excited ... the only flaw I can detect is the C logo on the bottom button, which I don't care about at all. The mod is supposed to otherwise be of the same high quality as the EHpro 18350 mod, which I also have, and its stunning.

Don't know if you noticed the adjustable copper contact in the top cap, but that is gonna make for some nice conductivity, provided that all else is well with the Mod.... Good luck with your order, I hope that you get it quickly, and everything arrives in tip top shape!

After seeing your fantastic mod video, I decided to get the Big Crystal Nasty (which I'd seen on FT but dismissed). Unfortunately, it's out of stock now and I haven't found it anywhere else. It just looked so elegant in your video, I have to see it first-hand!

Speaking of elegant, I think I'm going to get the Kamry K1000 e-pipe in mauve. After seeing some ECF user pics I think I'd like to try it - never thought I'd want to use an e-pipe, but oh how many things I never thought I'd want/do have changed since beginning this hobby!

No, that's not normal .. but also, you do know that you have to log into their website with our paypal email in order to track your order right???? Focal does not send email confirmations of orders, all order status must be tracked on the website. So go over there and create an account using the same email that you used to check out via Paypal, and then you will see what's going on ... I am sure that its been shipped, with a tracking # listed by now ... at least I hope.

Then come back and let us know ... if there is something that you don't understand, one of us addicts will assist you.

That crystal big nasty is so pretty. The pics would never have led me to buy it but Nikki's video sure did.

I like the look of those pipes too but I cannot see myself actually using it. I'd feel weird and my kids would probably all die of laughter.

I agree about the chance of it being better in real life than the pictures ... The FC pics of the 18350 do it no justice at all! None ... the thing gorgeous, and so well made.

With the Crystal Big Nasty I did the same thing, completely over looked it, thought it was gawdy. But then I saw much nicer pics from a US seller on Ebay, and my mouth dropped open ... had to have it, and so happy that I got it. Another very high quality, solid, well made piece ... ask CrankyBittch, she bought one too after I waved it in her face ... keep an eye out, I am sure it will be restocked, and the pics have also been updated. ;-) Haven't seen it in the US again since though.

Lol, we both had the same reaction to Nikki's video! I can't really see myself using the pipe either, but I'm coming around to it - it feels like an eventuality. Also, no kiddos here to mock me!

Yes resist ... I will be honest though, my genuine feeling is that this mod is worth $$ ... it 140 grams of ss, thick, well brushed tubes, very nice quality crystals, magnetic switch with the most perfect reverse threaded locking ring I have ever used .... so it looks and feels expensive. But knowing that you can get it for less than half that price, I wouldn't do it, even though I do think its worth more than $70 ... why pay more??

I almost didn't want to publicize the mod because I knew that once the ladies could see it better, how could most of them not want it? If I kept it a secret it would be like a rare jewel ... that everyone mistook for junk ... But my fellow ladies deserve more, for less ;-)

I have placed a few orders with FocalEcig over the past month. the shipping time seems to be about the same as Fastech for me. I do think communication and ability to track orders is much better with Fasttech.
I received a cheap E-cig Starter Kit from FE yesterday. for $7.65 I was impressed..... until I went to charge the battery. It came with a 510/Ego battery and an 808 charger. I just sent them an email. We will see how it is handled. I also ordered 3 more of these before I realized the problem. I am going to try to cancel the order.
