That kill sale is crazy prices, would like to grab the nem for $7 and stillare for $5, but think it will be hard to get the items, so cheap but very limited amount, so going to be gone in seconds.
there is a tricky switch like it was for Easter sale/group buy.

I did see I did see .. that there is a decent looking mod to match some of the sandblasted RBA's (Russian/Kayfun) I really like the brushed SS or Brass King V2 though. There are a couple of different variations, with slightly different knurling around the top and bottom caps. One of them I like, the other one I don't.

this is the most expensive one from FC [n2]; the other one i own is from the group buy [n1].
i ordered [n2] because threw [n1] to the ground to see if it bounces, and its cap was a bit damaged (aesthetic matter). thought that the new one had ss cap, because it didn't say "Stainless steel brass" in its description, like the other (it only says "Stainless steel"); my ignorance, my fault, i guess that brass cap is mandatory to reduce voltage drop.
the differences between both versions are barely noticeable. both have excellent threads, joints are invisible.
[n1] has better engraving, imo (thinner and accurate lines).
the extension ring doesn't match the rest of tubes exactly in [n1] (rest of tube do), while [n2] is absolutely perfect in this matter.
in [n1], the switch button is not brushed, the brand engraving is almost invisible, uses a long spring, the anti-rotation pin seems chromed; in [n2], it's brushed, sharper, uses a round copper wire plus a shorter spring, anti-rot pin is wider, contact pin seems to be better plated (rather than chromed), so it's slightly less wobbly and less crunchy. after replacing the springs with magnets, there is still a slight difference.
air flow control is very hard to move in [n1] (but maybe it's due to its ground excursion
). afc is butter in [n2].sorry for not posting some pics, can't do it now.

The Group Buy is similar to a pre-order or Coop in the US ... You can click on the blog link in my description for the "Member guide to shopping at Focal", scroll down and read the section for Group Buys, and it should answer all of your questions.
The pics for the Group Buy 4nine are a little muffed, the difference between the GB 4nine, and the more expensive one, is the logo on the switch. The GB 4nine is laser etched, while the expensive one is engraved.

.. You can only kill one quantity per item I believe, so it's 3 different items total. So you finally decided to come out of lurk mode, and show yourself ... awesome. I think its pretty cool that you have been lurking since page 4, that was a loooong time ago!
