I made my first FC order on the 11ᵗʰ and it shows it as shipped out today (the 13ᵗʰ). That's remarkably faster than I thought it would be. I had no idea which shipping option to chose so I went with the default carrier which was Singapore Post and added the $2 tracking option. Is there a better shipping carrier than Singapore Post? I'll probably use FC again and figured somebody here would know. The Vamo V5 group buy was such a great deal I jumped on it without much research into focalecig.

Well I am glad that your order was processed quickly but Sing Post .. Epacket/EUB/EMS would have been the better option, and there is no fee for tracking. Sing Post on occasion will show up 10-12 days, but it usually 20+ plus days.

Ok so good news on the SR, I am trying to talk Cranky into getting one as well, in stainless though .. but I am disappointed about the KFL sku 12113, you know I love that one also. This is one of the downside with some China manufacturers, they will just up and change on you without warning.

Didn't you order two more of these?? Are they both jainky like this?? .. I am glad that you were able to get it working well, but it still sucks to love one thing, but get something that is not exactly the same. I hope this was an "exception", and not the new trend for this particular KFL.

Focal's a good company to buy from. The group buy I did was good, and it got me a good atomizer. Only downside with my group buy, was I didn't get a tracking number, so they said it shipped, and I just had to wait, having absolutely no idea when it would arrive.

I just ordered something two weeks ago using Singapore post. It arrived about 12 days later. It flew through customs at both the China, and New Jersey locations. I ordered some juice and a Protank II mini... no problems with customs. Hopefully, yours will go the same.

I just got mini washer (just really pot with revers motor) and it went down in 25 min. Got order from FT and can't manage SR black switch... I guess it's just that week, i hope i don't get any more mail on my "black" stripe.

I wish they put some info what number of Vamo v5 is shipped out, that will be fun for those who in 1100sh...

My Igo-M I ordered last week is at the local post office. I don't know if USPS ships on Saturday though, so I might have to wait till Monday Again, that is exactly a one week turn around to get a product from China to my neighborhood, which is great.


Any clue on how long I should expect to wait for the 4nine? I paid the 1.50 or 2.00 for tracked shipping, and it still says processing. I'm hoping that's a bug and it's actually being shipped out without the tracking being updated, but more likely that means they are waiting for a shipment from their supplier?

Which switch type do you have on your black SR? I know there is the switch that is just like the original, and there is a switch with black delrin that I hear is a pain in the .....

On the Vamo Group Buy I know they shipped out 200 pcs already, and they are waiting for the next 1000 pcs to arrive, which will hopefully be on schedule.

I can't tell you missed anything without the tracking number. I did the group buy for the 4nine, which tracking cost $2 (the 4nine was so cheap, why not), but it doesn't appear to work. The order info says shipped, but when I try the OrderTrack on the site, it shows the same info down to the shipped date, then the 17track.net window just shows "Illegal Track (4) Contact Admin". FC really needs to work on the tracking, especially if they're going to charge for it sometimes.
