I never get a tracking number from focal until I log into my account and have a look. and, it's there if it's been shipped. not sure why they never email me a conformation or tracking number...

I ordered the 4nine on the 6th, and it says it's been "Collecting Products Now....Processing" since the 7th. I did pay the 2 extra dollars for tracking as well. The log in for the site only produces "Unknown Error" so I've just been using my paypal email and order ID to track things.

Well, besides that, the Igo-M did arrive earlier today (on Saturday)! From what I can tell by the box and everything about it, it is an authentic Igo-M, which would make sense because the actual product is made in China and relatively cheap in the states anyways.

Since it's an authentic product, I won't bother with pics. I'll just say it's my first RDA and I love it. Airflow is huge but adjustable, building is easy on it, and the 510 contact isn't flush with it's threading which I have heard some people had with their Igo products, which was causing issues with connectivity. I'm a happy camper.

Now I just need to get my 4nine!

This past Friday was the 7th day, so if there is a restocking issue, then someone should post a update/alert on the site .. If you do not receive an update with tracking # by tomorrow evening, pm me with your paypal addy, and order# and I will get it sorted for you.

I know right! .. I think EHpro did a great job on the blue coating, its very attractive.

I am not surprised! I am sure there are many who want this ... you would think that EHpro would have been better prepared to meet the demand for it though. They know how this market is. Hopefully another cloner will clone this clone, but of course it has be just as well done.

The tracking # would be listed on the order page of your account ... you can email CS or pm me with your wife's paypal email addy, and the date of your order to obtain a status, and the tracking if you would like.

FC's website and order system is for whatever reason not set up to send confirmations, but it would be nice if they would add this feature to their ordering system.

Regular customers are used to it by now though ... and I usually just stay logged into FC anyway.
