sorry, i've not tried the o-ring between chamber and chimney yet in 12113. will do it asap (tonight or tomorrow, the tank is empty but i have to go out now), and will try nano kit and nano custom cap kit as well.
will check if it gets tight flushed (as Laylel comments that the combination results loose); about the effect on raising the chimney to be more sealed into the top cap groove, i'm sure that won't have problems here (because it seems my chimney is a bit longer than Laylel's one and i'm not having flood/leak big issues now).
i'd wish to find a workaround to make 510 pin longer, to fix this atty up, and to improve other atties in order to be used together win 4nine or similar. can anybody shed a light about this? i can't figure a fix (other than getting a longer pin, like fatdaddy's maybe)

I think this the bet. I would try to pull pin out of other kayfun to give it a test. Or you can ask Doris if she has any in stash or available for sale (i didn't see them in FC inventory so), so she may ship it to you with your new order or whatever. Just take measurements before you do this.

Mornin' Nik Mine is long im using my Infinite KFL+ V2 now with the 4nine in 18500 mode. works just fine? the 510 pin sticks out the same distance as my authentic KFL. no issues what so ever. oh and, max says Hi! he's going up to the river this morn and is quite stoked lol...

edit; oh and when we get back tomorrow i'll take some pics, tell what you want to see? oh and, I have to show you my new fav all day device! its the "GP with the Heron" Kayfun killa.... amazing little atty and looks soooooo good on the SS Paps.

Don't worry, if it's similar to the one I have (EHPro) there are plenty of threads on the positive screw. You just need a small silicone o-ring between the screw head and the bottom silicone insulator. That will give you the extra mm the 4nine likes.

Has anybody here tried the E-LVT FC#19112? I have a buddy whose hard on his gear and loves camping. I'm thinking about gifting him one but I haven't seen a lot of love for them.

One of our favorite "occasional visitors" Crocky has one, and I believe she likes it lots. You can use the search function within the thread to try and find her comments about it. She posted pics as well.

You are busy busy Haku. .. as far as a 510 fix, I personally do not have one, but hopefully someone can chime in on this. Fatdaddy's doesn't ship to Spain?

Well, as far as i remember it wasn't an answer like - because your kayfun refuses to work with original chimney and being angry you just checked it and now you need to get something what will make a tank out of your base, aha

Also i'm not i big fun of 2ml tanks, that's why i almost do not use Aqua, just tired to refill it.

Its true that constantly refilling the Nano so often can be a pain the patooty, but jeez its so cute. And yes, I was thinking that you may be able to salvage your faulty base with a Nano kit.

Have you tried screwing the original 12113 base on to the "not" 12113 base?

I think it is a nice looking device, at least aesthetically. It looks like the Kayfun, and Aerotank made a baby ... out of wood

I see we have our 4nine's in the same configuration ... I like it best in 500 mode. 350 was too small, and I had to focus too much on keeping my finger off the air hole on the KFL. And I only have flat top 650's, so I tried it, and it fires, but I didn't like the throw, and how it changed the feel of the switch ... so 500 it is for me.

If you can, I would like see pics of the 510 connection, and maybe what it looks like threaded into the 4nine top cap ... please, and thank you.

And do not torture me with the GP Heron please!!! I am very blessed to have the 350 Paps on the way, but of course I am looking at the Heron like "I need you, and I want you so bad" .. In the meantime I will pair it with my AGI, and hope my sister's bf shows up with his drill like I asked so I can open up the air hole on the AGI.

I have loved the Scuba tank every since I saw it in one of Todd's videos, but I made the decision to not try to add carto tanks to my collection .. at least not right now, unless Cranky gives me some of hers

And you can even up the finish on your 4nine with a little wet/dry sandpaper too ... It seems that almost all of the SS 4nine extension tubes were finished separately, so one of my ext tubes was more polished than the rest. The FT 4nine was reported to be the same as well .. I had to fix that! Took 10 minutes by hand, and now its all even.

I did with original 12113. It (base) is slightly smaller in diameter so it get unscrewed even from touching a purse (good i found it before it got fully open), but well, it can be home one if i will even bother with that, just going to get new atties.

Nope didn't see your post, guess I was browsing too fast. Just thought today to go look at new arrivals on FC, and there it was. Did a little google searching and can not find them elsewhere. Also can't find the replacement atomizers, hope they are not too hard to rebuild.

Nope didn't see your post, guess I was browsing too fast. Just thought today to go look at new arrivals on FC, and there it was. Did a little google searching and can not find them elsewhere. Also can't find the replacement atomizers, hope they are not too hard to rebuild.

I hope it is good atomizer period, in addition to having the ability to rebuild it .. I would like to think it would be though. But I didn't notice if it was single or dual coil head. I find the dual coil replacements to be a total PITA to rebuild.

I'm at work now and don't know how to link to the post from my phone, but look at my post #5973 for an idea. Don't know if it will work for your version, but it couldn't hurt to check.
