My Half Breed baby ... 3D dripper compliments of halfempty, and Astro from Focal. It is shown here with the 510 adapter, but this 3D actually hybrids directly onto the Astro (its a mutant ) which is how I am running it right now.

Nikki, I looked at your blog for the 4nine and was trying to find the sku of the ones you got. Do you have that handy? I have a copper one and love it and want to order either a as as one or brass or both but want to make sure I get the ones that are the right height.

Hi Crocky darling, so nice to see you ... The one I have was discontinued under one sku, but brought back under a different sku 19088, and at a lower price, and it is the proper length of 79mm, with the engraved button. All of the 4nine's on their site are the correct length, but some have the laser etched button, that for some reason is not as smooth as the engraved button version.

However, I believe that FC discontinued all of the laser etched button versions as of July 1st, and sell only the engraved button versions from now on. As far as the black 4nine, there appears to be a little bit of paint on the interior threads where the top cap threads in, so there may be a little more voltage drop if you don't clean them off.

Oh no Weezy .. Damn, I know first hand how painful, and debilitating that is Weez, so sorry that you are dealing with this. I have also had it so bad that I couldn't walk, so I definitely relate hun.

Just be easy for now, it sucks but you need to take it easy, and try to your back properly aligned, while sitting, and laying down .. We're here if you need to vent your frustration.
