As I have said before Porter, this was actually your call, I just found them, and then sent Doris to get them. So I am the one who should be thanking you because this Red Manhattan is the bomb! And I am with you, I seriously don't know if I will use this to vape because it is that nice, and I don't want this gorgeous finish to change. So this may very well be a "Porn only" mod for me. I have decided that I will have to find a gold or brass topper for this, but I have no clue what that will be. It has to be a very sexy and/or complimentary aesthetic. Maybe I will get a gold/brass Plume Veil? I have zero interest in that atty for vaping, but it has nice clean lines, and is not too big, or too small.

*ALSO* Take notice of the Acerig logo on the box .. that A with a slick C is their logo, not the Ameravape logo. So this is one definite way to identify the Acerig versions. The other versions not made by Acerig come with a pouch and/or a cloned box with the AV logo.

On the Nemi, mini Nemesis, front. Group buy, all copper including accents (lock ring and top cap) for under $14. Just in case anyone was pondering a Nemi and didn't want to spend much. I have a copper with stainless accents that I bought for $20 that I like, I'm sure this one will be nice too.

When I first saw the red, I was afraid that it would have that eGo rubberized texture. Whew, I'm glad they didn't go there and that you're pleased with it.

haha did a quick Google image search and the TOBH on it made me think "Boy, pull your pants up!"
Doris ordered more Red and Copper last night .. although she still seems to need convincing that the Red is a smart choice. But both blue colors are mint too, the dark and the light. I usually don't care for colored gear at all, but Acerig did such a bang up job on this anodizing which is so unique looking and feeling. Its gorgeous to touch and look at.
I am totally pleased with the Red, it is even better than I had hoped
But I still have to vape it though to see how it hits, I will be borrowing Nailz's glove Damn so many mods out my cart is up to 200 bucks.

I am naughty, but thought I have been so good not ordering anything for a few weeks, so I deserved a double order
Thinking I should get Manhattan early next week, and then the Paragon late the following week if lucky, not to concerned if the Paragon takes it's time, got it for work, so not really the wow factor for it, but I could be surprised and change my mind when it does turn up.

Yeah I don't like it either, i just was looking for something red to top yours. Since I ordered the black Manhattan I most probably will get a black Tobh for it. Or at least I wish...
I'd go with the black magma over the TOBH, I have 3 TOBH's, and they are sitting collecting dust since I got my magma, magma is far superior IMO

You know, if you're just going for money shots, you could just cover a clear tank (the freebie that you already have) with colored transparent vinyl, like the nerdy young hipsters use for car light tinting - comes in tape rolls or sheets on eBay, around $5 (enough for a BUNCH of tanks). I looked into those authentic tanks, and jeez, they cost more than the atty!

Anodizing doesn't affect the finish of the surface, it pretty much just colors it. If there's a nice texture its because Acerig chose to finish it that way before the anodized finish. So they rate higher marks for thinking through their product fully. I've been impressed with the few other items they've made recently. Fully as nice as the recent SXK products.
Just how much effort does the Manhattan switch require? It looks really nice and its 24mm so if it was in copper it might look OK with either the blue or gold Taifun. And then I'd have a non 22mm mod, since it'd take a whole lotta duct tape on my 17mm Nemi to get it to 23mm
