thx! i feel the same about cats: they are another individual in the fam. i love when calling the cat and she is refusing (or not!). they have a defined personality and willing; they are affective when they like, like we are. the cats who lived with us, when child, used to go out for party at night, returning back a few days later for eating and sleeping. they were free and happy, but none of them lasted too much in the wild streets of a big city..
will propose Freckles to the "owners" (i also agree about no-owners), and will try to get some more pics from her for you.

about 26650, it implies some investment.. new batteries, new wide attys, or confuns.. so i'll wait a bit more. anyway, which sr x from fc is the right one? the new blue, the ss, or none?

If you are talking about the 26650 Stingray X's, the SS, black and blue are all the same, just different color. The appear to be well made, although I wish the contact in the switch were wider. I have the SS version on order, and very much looking forward to receiving it, so I will let you all know how it is.

i'm with cindycated.. by the pics, both srx and both kfl v2 look exactly the same item. maybe in person the differences become noticeable

Now that the D4 is out the I4 has dropped in price. Saw them on both eBay and Amazon for about $17 shipped. Was thinking of picking one up to keep my I2 company and charge my <brand omitted> batteries.

about the kfl v2.. i have the one from ft, and, regard of the rods inside the 510 pin, it doesn't perform better than other kayfuns. although it has the tall chamber and narrow chimney, this barely reaches the top cap (even with the o-ring under the chimney), so it's the one which is leaking most from my collection of five. guess i'll have to get fc's one and compare..

It's amazing how you guys can tell. I'm pretty .... with detail and they all look alike to me.

At first I could not tell the SXK Stingray X apart from the Cigreen, I initially thought they were the same mod. It took an extremely close up picture for me to notice the slight difference, because it is only slight. The interior of the engravings on the Cigreen is flatter than the SXK which is more rounded inside of the engraved lettering ... that was the first that I began to suspect that they weren't the same.

It is the same with the Slojo mod ... at first glance the SXK/Infinite and Cigreen version appear identical however, the logo engravings on the Cigreen Slojo are not as deep as SXK's. Before realizing who in fact is making FT's Slojo, at first glance I could see that the engraving weren't as deep as SXK's Slojo. And thanks to SXK's refusal to sell FC the Slojo citing their prohibitive contract with Infinite, that further eliminated the possibility.

I went to Cigreen looking for the Orchid, instead I found most of FT's mech releases for the last two months .. Well, once upon a time FT'ers used beg and protest for Hcigar products, and now they got it, they just don't know it.

FYI, I do not like Kangertech upgraded 1.5 ohm dual coil replacements ... the 1.8 that came with the Giant were awesome, these 1.5 ARE NOT. I know that was random but information is consuming my every thought these days If I already posted this than ignore me

Are there any good Veritas clones anywhere? Not liking the ones I've seen at either place. The ones at FC and the more expensive ones at FT are just so off, and the 1:1 is closer, but just looks so badly made.

BTW, rebuilding single coil Kangers with XC-116 is a fail. Great flavor, but leaks like a sieve. If you use enough cotton or silica as a flavor wick to stop the leaking, it mutes the flavor almost to the point of stock coils.

BTW, rebuilding single coil Kangers with XC-116 is a fail. Great flavor, but leaks like a sieve. If you use enough cotton or silica as a flavor wick to stop the leaking, it mutes the flavor almost to the point of stock coils.

I didn't see you in the rayon thread? That's what I use in Kanger SC heads. When I first started using it, I got nauseous from too much flavor and my piddly 4mg nic made me loopy. I had to tone everything way down.

That's a good price, I love mine. I looked at the D4 but went with the lesser priced i4, besides I can't see the digital readout from where I use mine under my desk but can easily see the LED's. It's nice to charge three different kinds of battery's all at the same time and not worry about over charging.

Awesome, and at least yours is confirmed SXK ;-) ..

in other revelations today, it turns out that all of the 1:1's that FT has been stocking lately are from Cigreen, not SXK, for sure not Infinite... but I already knew that, at least in the case of the supposed 1:1 4nine's and Slojo. I actually did believe for a moment that their $27 Stingray X was possibly SXK, but its not. Cigreen is not a bad manufacturer by any stretch, so its not a bad thing to be from Cigreen because its a 1:1, its just unfortunate that everyone is running around calling their 4nine's and Stingray's SXK and they are not .. Cigreen is also the manufacturer behind the Slojo's at FT, but that one fool tried to argue that they are SXK which is a confirmed impossibility.

I have no intentions of passing along this info on FT .. if they all want to believe that their mods are from SXK, then let them. If they were, FT would sell them as such, because there is no good reason not to. Oh, and for anyone who cares, the Hcigar Stingray X is Cigreen as well. Cigreen is to Hcigar, what SXK is to Infinite.

Works really good so far. The one thing I did notice is my insulator on the switch sits a little bit too high so I have to unscrew the pin a bit until I get a chance to sand it down

Not for me, the digital screen is neat but the LED's are all you really need. As I posted above, I wouldn't be able to see the screen where I use it, I set it on top of my computer case under the desk, back out of the way. I can easily see the LED's though.
