FC customer service is very good. They just want to "see" what the problem is, which is why they ask for pictures/video of the problem. From what I have seen, they always take care of any problems. Send them what they ask for and I'm sure they will take care of it. Please post back what the results of your contact are.

Your order number will be under your account. If you didn't create one, do so now with your Paypal email address, and your orders will show up under your account. Hope that helps.

Nikki, can you pass this on to Doris? I looked at the two versions of Vapelyfe at the other place (ahem while I was ordering stuff) and started noticing differences that pointed to "good version - hokey version" (kinda like with the Manhattans). If they were to bring them in, I definitely would not buy the non-Tesla ones - I wouldn't be able to use it. No 510 connector and just too much brass for me. The "hokey" version comes with a drip tip, but I'd rather have the 510 connector and copper contacts. thx

It's a secret. Don't wanna embarrass myself, so have to make sure everything fits and looks pretty first.
A mod and some other stuff from FT, Infinite KFL and Pulse-G from FC.
Batteries and charger are local (by 50 miles anyway), so getting those a little later.
Yes, they will fix any verified issues that you have, that is why video or photo is being requested. Its not just for their verification, it is also how the get reimbursed from the supplier who sent the defective merchandise. Redirect your quiry to sales@focalecig.com att: Doris, and tell her that I told you to send it to her attention.
I don't know the scheduled shipping date for that group buy, but tracking # don't come with Group Buys unless you pay for an upgrade. For every Group Buy there is a pre-determined ship date as they operate similar to pre-orders in the US. You have to read all details for each Group Buy because they are not like making regular purchases from the site.
Also when you place the order you must record your order # at the time of the order so that you can track the order on site after the fact. Email sales@focalecig.com with the paypal email addy that you used to make the purchase and Doris will give you a status, and all other applicable info.
Well my Stingray X & Kayfun show they got to Tampa, last stop before my post office, so if they don't screw up, Should get them tomorrow. 
If so that will be 10 days from order date (worst will be Friday @ 11 days).

If you had not created a focalecig account when you ordered you can get your order # from your PayPal account. If you look at the transaction details of the purchase when logged into your PayPal account you'll find it. Combine that with your PayPal email address on the focalecig site using the order tracking link. It should show order placed and package sent even for group buys. It won't have detailed information if you didn't pay extra. But you should be able to see it got shipped out at least.

I was tantalized by that mini copper nemesis (FC, group buys) guess it would make a nice pen style mod for my shirt pocket (I have more than a shirt with pocket you fast minded ppl)...what do you think of this mod? Do you like/dislike it? I have like 4 14500 aw batteries, it would be a good excuse to put them in use...

ECF redirect does not like FC. No idea about the mod, but most of what I use is 14500 (regulated mods), have like 16 batteries for them. The Hybris is my ADV at the moment. The 18xxx mods are my collection, not my ADV.

Yea that Mutation atty looks shweet!!!! But looks like my TOBH. I caved and ordered the Chuff Enuff top cap. That thing is going to be a game changer for me.
