My full size HANAA box has a copious amount of hot glue under the plastic cover. It's coming out of the seams around the plastic. No big deal since it works flawlessly.

But is there hot glue holding the 510 connector in place? And do you have a side cover over the electronics? Using hot glue to hold the wires in place in one thing, but using it on the 510 connection is no bueno. And the electronics on the hana mini were not covered on the side, only the top ... which is ......ed.

Definitely no glue on the 510. Strange that KSD would do such a good job on the full size unit and fubar the mini.

I agree .. It was like they ran out the proper materials or something. The innards were completely unlike the other full size one's. Not sure if FC used KSD directly, or went through a supplier?

Maybe Eleven's sitter, Ten is working there LoL. When I first read her name I have to wonder, does she have ten siblings?

Highly doubtful with China's one and done rule that was strictly enforced. I understand that the rule has been updated to 2 and done. I have no verification of that, just heard it.

Howdy folks! Ran into my first issue with the kfl+v2 this weekend. It wont wick at all. No gurgling in the air flow, it'll fire and burn the rayon, but not wicking at all. I'm hoping its something simple like I filled it too much.
Only wicking issues I've had with the KFL+v2 are when I used too much wicking material. One time it continually leaked a very small amount, the other time it wouldn't wick well.

Since I use rayon also there tends to be more material in that tiny little chamber than when I used cotton. I've gotten into the habit of separating the wick in 2 right after it comes out of the coil and cutting off the bottom half on both sides. This way I can easily shape it and make sure the juice channels don't get covered up. So far it's working out well for me.

Thanks for the pointers. I know for a fact that the juice channels aren't covered up. I actually trimmed the wick before refilling because it was restricting air flow that much. Filled it back up and it worked great. Went to fill the tank up again, and now nothing. I'm guessing/hoping that overfilling has something to do with it.

Love the color blue, it is better than the pics, only been vaping on it for 20-30 minutes, but is working like a champ at 25watts with the Orchid @ 0.50ohms, will see how long the battery lasts vaping at this setting, this is one of my concerns with these high watt boxes, the battery life with them.

First impressions is very good though, think I got it for a steal, especially as worked out cheaper than the group buy, as could use coupon for 10% off and didn't have to pay for tracking like the group buy.

Awesome review and thank you in advance as I am sure I would have been very confused when it arrives. I see u did a 1.14 coil which is close to what I usually do, so what wattage do you find best? My kayfuns are usually .9 - 1.0 and I like about 16.9w as a max

With this build I vape at 15W max, but usually 14.5w makes me happy .. I don't like hot vapes. Speaking of which, I rebuilt my Taifun GT and decided to go a little lower to see how I liked it, ended up at .6 and dear lord is this a hot vape.

I immediately took that off the Cloupor because 27watts is the lowest I can go without getting a too low wattage warning, and put it on the Kato which is now a lot less warm ..

You are correct. 2 is pushing it already.

I think your both right, now that you say that I remember hearing that before.
