lol I usually do make some random post here. But been busy at work today. I'm still at work it's just cut throat day. 2 just got let go.

Thank you Nikki! I'm loving the Tesla Orchid set up as well. I am surprised at the vape quality of an atty that big but it's great! The huge Kayfun was a huge disappointment! I'm also finding that because I use as close to 100%VG as I can get that the Rose gunks up really fast on a 26650 mod. I am leaving it on the Paps for the moment and it's doing a lot better. I left out the rest of the mods for when I hit the magic 20It might even be today if I get the scheduled vape mail.
The Rose gunks up really fast on me with dark, sweet juices .. which gunk up all coils, but it happens faster on the Rose. I did switch to a fruity vape with clearer liquid and found that the wick lasted much longer.
And ooh, and I so gonna blackmail you at the appropriate moment

enjoying the rose (lambo).. it was hard to build the 1st setup, it looks easier if you use silica.
tightening the post screws with the allen key, mess the coil (next time i'll cut the borders to 4mm long..).
only one ceramic is remaining, and it has a breakline between its holes. hope spares will show soon.
tried a macrocoil (3.2mm diameter) to have enough space to enter a thick japanese cotton piece and to split in two, so the 4 threads fill every hole.
after messing with the juice control, i've got great vapor and good flavor (i think that flavor can be improved by elevating the coil a bit (?)), but i'm still vaping the kayfuns and taifuns (removed the air hole tube to get more air, no leaks).as well. really good addition this rose =))
still waiting for the wotofo. it already says "collecting products" (now for 15 days), and is sold out, so i don't know if i'll get it at last.
a bit sad about it's not a yihi chip at the end, hope that it can step down.
anyway, i'm now focusing the future sx mini and the vapor flask v2.
sorry for not participating more, but this thursday you'll know the reason: my mobile/tablet game (it's a revolutionary bicycle downhill, called "real riders") will be available in the app store for ios devices. sorry for the spam, but i'm very happy about it, and it's totally free and no ads game.

I slightly twist the end of the Rayon then feed it from the top of the coil thru the 3mm deck hole into the tank. I used needle tipped tweezers so feeding it thru was painless. Normally I feed a little more than a inch of wick length thru so I can pull it up a bit as the wick degrades over time.

Glad you finally got the Rose build down .. my coil is elevated to line up perfectly with the wick holes if that helps at all.
Wotofo: Demand remains, so sell out are frequent. Unless they have changed the chip since I got it, I have already confirmed that the chip does step down voltage. To give be fair to Amod/Wotofo, I did of course share my conversation with Yihi, with FC who then in turn immediately contacted Amod with the info.
Jane Lee of Amod/Wotofo said : They acquired the Yihi chips through a friend at Sigelei who has a relationship with Yihi. Now, I am certainly not saying that what Amod told FC is true, but this is how Amod responded to it. Take it with a grain of salt ;-)

I know what its like to spend a great deal of time creating something, and what it feels like to have it come to fruition so cheers to that my darling. I am happy for you, and you should tell everyone who will listen. Well of course darling .. there will be a product watch article written by yours truly, and it will probably post between Saturday-Monday... how do you think I managed to get these samples? ;-) But as per usual, if the sample sucks I am going to tell you it sucks .. I was actually going to do a product watch on the Variant clone being that I will also be receiving that sample for review, and both Limwell and Psmoke sent me lots of photos, including the actual 260W chip used
Being that Nathan (owner of VC) had already started writing an article for it, I am reluctantly passing the photos that Psmoke and Limwell gave me on to him to use in his article, which should post sometime this week.

who knows the real origin of the wotofo chip, thanks for your research, sherlock (not easy to get true info lol). well, it will be good if it works enough efficiently, regarding of the manufacturer.
