I think the smok BT50 box is probably a little late to the game. $100 is pretty steep for a 50W box these days, Bluetooth or no Bluetooth. I'm assuming it is using the same electronics as the BEC Pro which has pretty mixed reviews (of course, most of the high power regulated devices do).

The SMPL clone looks pretty nice. I may roll the dice on one of those. Hard to go terribly wrong for $20. If I like it, I'll probably buy the OG.

The little iStick is a brilliant design. Just enough to be handy, 20W limit fits in fine with form factor and price. Once my Hana mini ships from focalecig and gets here it'll be an interesting comparison. But the full sized Hana clone feels huge in my hand by comparison and it really isn't huge, its just how tiny the iStick is.

Update on my replacement ZNA30. Last night it stopped reading ANY atomizer and I was so ...... I wanted to smash the thing. So, I set it aside and figured I'd have a look in the morning.

This morning it happily took the Sat22 and vaped away like nothing happened! I strongly suspect these are female and should be named accordingly! It sure behaves very much like me at certain times if you get my drift. Thankfully, the mood doesn't last as long with the Robbot!

So, I go through each step as it happened last night to see if I can find the trigger for the incident. I believe it all boils down to a Kayfun that I have always had trouble with and was trying to piddle around with last night to get it functioning again. It was the first one the ZNA refused to read and started the whole incident of refusing to read any of them. I don't use any Kayfuns anymore but for some sick reason I decided to try that one again ('cause it has the purple tank with etched flames on it) So to prevent any more folly on my part I have thrown the offending kayfun in the garbage and I am going to mod one of the chimneys on my Orchids to get the said tank to fit! Problem is, I have to wait for the V4's to get here as my son and daughter in law are using the 2 I bought as spares.

But YAY the Robbot is working again and she didn't stay mad at me!!!!! :toast:

Hello Everybody,
finally I'm ready to make my first order from FC :)
Since I will be in the States in the first days of november, I thought of ordering from the US warehouse. All my items have the note "ships in 2 to 7 days", should that worry me?
Based on Nikki's reviews I'm ordering: a Rose v2, a Mephisto & StingrayX.

Just was talking in PM with someone and the Rose V2 got mentioned as a difficult to fill atomizer (along with difficult to build). Now I can understand the build part because I had to take my coils off the blue screwdriver (those little ones you get with many atomizers) and thread a smaller mandrel through the coil to mount it because the slots are smaller than the screwdriver but once I found a viable alternative I didn't find doing even dual coils particularly difficult although way different from an atomizer with posts. But filling? I just keep it on whatever mod I'm using, grasp the mouthpiece to keep it from turning and unscrew the top metal cap from the foggy plastic tank bit. Add juice right up to the top of that plastic tank and then screw the metal top cap back on while holding the mouthpiece again. I looked at the top cap and the threads for the middle plastic or metal section go right up to the underside of the top cap so filling it upright only requires remembering to close off the airflow adjustment to make sure no juice leaks out there. That shouldn't be difficult or is there something I'm completely missing or not understanding?

You're a genius!!!! I never thought about top filling it, I've been going in from the bottom! It would even be turning the right way to not unscrew the mouthpiece! Thank you so much for the info! :toast:

thank you very much, Nikki  =))
will elevate the coil to line up the wick holes in the rose, following your common sense guideline.
who knows the real origin of the wotofo chip, thanks for your research, sherlock (not easy to get true info lol). well, it will be good if it works enough efficiently, regarding of the manufacturer.

ok, as it is free, it has not ads, we are an indie team (one of my nephews, his friend and myself, no producers, no promotion), we need the word to be spread everywhere.

I ordered from the US warehouse on Sat and was wondering how long they usually take to get orders out?
I kind of thought I would hear something by this evening about my order being packed and shipping label created.
Anyone have experience with there time frame? figured new place would be pretty quick to get sent out.

Well you ordered on Saturday for which there is no shipping or order processing, so its the same as ordering on a Monday, so 48 hours from ordering is actually Wednesday. Although it is possible that it would be shipped today.

I know right? One thinks new release = in stock until you read the shipping status and it's more than a week out. That's just not right.

How is it not right? The device is literally still in production, a pre order is essentially a "reserved piece" once the device comes out of production. The Xpro BT is not available any where yet. If you are not interested in a reserved piece, don't order it.

The bluetooth aspect doesn't appeal to me, I hate cell phones :p But I like that it can run in mech mod mode and that is has an external reset button. I don't really think its too late, just as I want options for RDA/RBA's or mechs, I want options for high wattage devices as well .. I did see the mixed reviews on the BEC pro and I would like to think that SMOK would improve upon what ever flaws there were on that device .. I would like to think

Fasttech says NOTHING about pre order, just says new release, focal puts in pre order and that is acceptable!

FT doesn't sell anything as pre order that is still in production, and not yet on the market for sale elsewhere .. FT's method of selling has to do with being able to meet extremely high MOQ's in order to get the super low price they offer to you... that is all.

Everything FT sells has already completed production, and is available for real time purchase everywhere. FT needs 7-15 days to meet the 500-1000pc MOQ in order to qualify for price per piece they were given by the manufacturer or supplier of the product they are selling .. it absolutely nothing to do with a "not yet released to the market pre-order".

The SMOK Xpro is in pre order everywhere, there is not a single piece available for real time sale any where.

Variant 250 Mod Clone | Vaping Cheap

I personally think that 260W is over kill, but I like the looks of it

Only 250W

Here is some real clouds

I don't really see a need for most of the ones coming out now, how much is too much. Cloud chasers may need higher watts, but to vape to quit smoking, I just don't see it. JMHO

I completely agree Burnie, and I think that once the market gets over the initial fascination with seeing 100-200W + plus in print, they will eventually realize how utterly unrealistic such a vape is, and the market will get over it.

I don't think that there is any need for anything over 50W, and for most vapers 50W is excessive as well .. But I do like the look of the Variant, not necessarily that diamond encrusted one though. The authentic is $850-1000 USD which is just .... absolutely gratuitous, and a bit obscene.

Only 250W
