Thanks for the heads up. I don't think the Stingray switch will work because the tube is a couple of mm longer to accommodate the weird switch, but the Nemesis switch that also dropped looks about the right size. I'll do some playing around when I get home tonight to make sure.

I said a couple times in here that i had no interest in purchasing a 23mm mech for my Taifun GT-S while i wait for the Zero clone. While that's still true i did break down and buy myself a P3 for my bday which i received yesterday. I've never owned a Provari but always wanted one and this thing does not disappoint. I know the Provari is a little off topic in this thread but I used it all night yesterday with the Taifun GT-S (1.3ohm, 8 wrap 28g, 2mm micro, rayon) and didn't even look twice at my mechs or ZNA clones. I have found a new love for the Taifun with the increased airflow of the GT-S, so much so that i ordered two more from FT last night. The airflow and the Provari at 11W with Boost set to 2 was just pure bliss. I'm really loving this boost thing.

Notice it says in the description that the base is 22mm. The air hole on the positive pole looks larger too but that may just be because the picture is more up close. I'm tempted but hesitant since i got burned by the 22mm Yiloong clone. I wonder who makes this one?

The person on the other forum that sold me the Yiloong clone sent me a free EhPro Squape R with all three decks. I'm guessing the decks are extra from the Kingtu because i don't believe EhPro has released the separate decks yet. I haven't had time to build it but i did take it apart and the quality is as expected with EhPro...smooth threading, tight tolerances (but not too tight). I still don't trust whatever the coating is they put on these things but i may build it once just to see what all hype is about before i sell it.

I got the Yiloong Erlk, too. Early Christmas present from a friend. I cut the wick slots into the top of the base, and I love it. Vapes better than my 1:1 clone. However when I emailed him about it he offered me an EHPro SqR for $35, lol! So you did better with him.

I have a question...

I have some frustration with Fasttech and will prolly not go back for any "machined" items like RDA/RTAs. How do you think Focalcig compares to Fastech in this area?

It really has little to do with the vendor. Both places source their clones from numerous manufacturers. Some are better than others. I know that isn't much help but buying Chinese clones is kind of a crap shoot.

With that said, I've only purchased a couple of items from FT. Both were fine. I've purchased a good bit of stuff from FC. The Squape Reloaded clone was pretty much junk and required a bit of modification to run properly. My Dark Horse clone from FC has some improperly placed airflow cutouts on the barrel. Not a huge deal for me since I run it wide open and that setting is fine. But, it's not manufactured properly. Everything else I've purchased from FC has been great.

It would be nice if both places disclosed the manufacturer of each item in the listing. One good thing about FT is the number of user reviews and discussions. A lot can be gleaned about a particular item if it's been on the market for a few weeks and had time to get into end users' hands.

My original order with him was for two Kingtu SQR (one for me and a friend) but i switched it to two Yiloong Erls instead because of all the bad reviews about the SQR and my hesitation with the mystery coating. I expressed my concern about Yiloong quality before making the switch and he assured me he would stand by the product...which was twice the price of the other Erl clones on FT. I'm guessing that's why he sent it to me for free. I guess i should have just stuck with the Kingtu SQR since those seem to get great reviews but i still don't trust the mystery coating. As soon as my new dremel parts come i'm going to try to fix the wick slots on the Yiloong.

Do you have any other Erl clones? I'm wondering if the threaded drip tips will work with the Yiloong.

I've not been a fan of the Erlkonigin, but for those who are, focal dropped a new style one today, looks cool with Erlkonigin on the tank, only problem is, they cloned a forum user too, Qorax is a forum user who got his name put on his and it is on the chimney of this clone

This is a disgrace .. Is Yiloong behind this? They are the one's who stole all of Qorax's pictures from ECF and used them in their Erl clone listing. A bunch of utter friggin dummies to put Qorax's user name on a clone .. I would be furious if I were him. And I don't believe that he is a "former" member, he is still active here.

I feel sick to my stomach .. China is so despicable sometimes.

I want to hybrid my Heron to my Vapelyfe mod, but the 500 tube's too long and there's no adjustment at the switch (no delrin). Battery rattles like crazy and the GPin doesn't make contact. I tried unscrewing the delrin part of the GPin, but then there was no contact with the atty. Magnets on the battery nipple?

I can hybrid the included RDA or use the included 510 connector by unscrewing the pin by about 4mm - sucks, wobbly pin - but I got this mod for the matched threading, so...yikes, help!

Try a small flat magnet on top of your battery to lengthen it a tiny bit.

I have the $20 FT Erlk clone. I will check if they interchange, but I doubt it. Every part of the Yiloong is thicker. However, the Yiloong drip tip is SS and a clone of one of the authentic accessory ones. I like it better than the crummy curved delrin one.

Oh, you know what.? The Yiloong has a drip tip adapter so you can use any normal DT.

Did you try the longer Gpin? Mine came with a short pin for 18350 and a longer pin for 18490/18500/18650.

I like it too but unfortunately half of the threads on one of them are stripped out on the inside so i was just wondering what my options are. I know people say the FT clone is interchangeable with the authentic so if the Yiloong is interchangeable with the FT clone then i assume it would be okay with the authentic as well.

Well its better for him to find it funny, anger is not good for your health, but I am actually quite annoyed by this level of ignorance. China has zero authentic product knowledge, ZERO. They just blindly clone products, and never take the time to research the authentic.

Yes, i've read that the FT is very nice but i don't want to spend anymore money on Erl clones until i know i can't get this Yiloong working right. How well does the AFC work on the FT clone? The Yiloong AFC, on the one i have at least, is basically useless.

I agree, it's pointless to be angry about it. I thought it was pretty funny though. I wonder how the Qorax edition compares with the other clones.
