So I keep reading about folks having issues with the squape R....I got in on the first round with the logo from focal and have not had a single issue with it. Am I just in the honeymoon phase and it is destined for the garbage. Has me a bit worried it will short out of no where from the things I read. But so far so good.

I know this is old news but I am still catching up from being MIA lately :)

You might have Chuckies lady friend. Women are sneakier, watch out

How can you get something from VapourArt and let it sit? It would make me crazy! This has the crappy coil and everything and the vape is fantastic!

I know, i can't believe it myself. It's the only piece of vape gear I've received and have not played with within the first few days. I guess I'm just not in a rush to build it since I know I don't have anything to pair it with. I need to grab a gizmo or micro stick but I'm also waiting for new piccolo. I'm just not sure if I can use 14500 batts again. I think the Gizmo or micro stick would be the better choice. I need to wait though, vape budget is real low right now after buying the Zero and the P3.

Well I haven't seen the quality yet (However SXK seems awesome from even recent reviews) but I can't complain about a company that ships in less than 24 hours when the website says 2-7 day order processing time. Only downside: Once it hits the border and Canada Post gets its paws on it, it WILL take forever...:(

If you can't do the 14500 batteries, you don't want the Microstick, it's 18350, this thing is tiny.

Just be careful. My hana clone blew up because the fire button stuck. It was scary. Vape spewing out the airholes of my kayfun until I got it off. Then I had to get the battery out as fast as I could. So much for the 10 second cutoff.
Good reason for door magnets!

Thats weird. The hana clone I got from them has overheat protection, I put it on 30 watts and was firing it repeatively while I was messing with the coil with a plyers and suddenly it wouldn't fire anymore and on the screen it said "TOO HOT". Also it won't fire if the atomizer isn't making contact properly, on the screen it will say "Check Atomizer" so just unscrewing the tank a bit or all the way off should stop a full battery meltdown shouldn't it?
Those two safety features along with the 10 second cutoff.. It seems relatively safe for being a $40 clone.

Something must have really been wrong with yours, scary.

True but it could have been a poorly assembled unit, a bad wiring job the caused a direct short. If that happens the board protection is bypassed and all bets are off. Or if could have been a bad board, that could happen in a clone or a authentic, rare but crap happens.

True, well all I know is if that happens to me I'm not going to be looking for the screwdriver to take the backcover off and pry out a ticking time bomb, that SOB is going straight out the window.

Yeah. Obviously it was a pos.

At any rate, within a week both of them will be completely rebuilt.

I had to order the 10x1 tap for the fdv 510. I thought I had one but it was 10x1.25 :( So I'm delayed til it gets here. No one had it locally.

Not sure i understand why I wouldn't want the micro stick with 18350 if i can't do 14500? I prefer 18350 over 14500 because most my builds are 1.2-1.4ohm. I don't trust 14500 for less than 1.5ohm.

Ah, I thought you were talking about battery life. I build a lot lower than that and use both.
