I'd love to see a secondary meter on a dna40..great idea!

Right. Especially, when the primary meter shows this with two brand-new, freshly charged VTC5 batteries: LOL

By the way, it is an original Vapor Flask DNA40 does that, my Home-Made one doesn't do it.

Ok, the Goblin is slightly annoying, too much noise (sizzling) and 3ml is just not enough - I'd rather use a dripper and get better performance at the same time... I'm back on the Fogger, have now finally tried out rayon and I can crank it up a lot more to where I want it, now at 35W and no dry hits / burning.

Sorry quoting my own post but after a few weeks practicing on the Goblin I am now using this mainly instead of the fogger. I figured out why it was noisy - I was running it on a VW mod but the resistance was so low it wasn't able to down regulate to 30W, essentially was cranking out over 50W (.3Ohm build) and I didn't even realise (no dry hits!).

So, imo the Goblin is a fogger killer - better wicking, better vapor, and it can really handle high power builds!

Oh, and I'm using KGD cotton - I just can't figure out how much rayon to use without getting dry hits. Anyway, Goblin handles it well - my new build is 0.45 Ohm and I'm at 45W using a split tail KGD method.

Sitting down, facing forward.
Back to topic, well sort of anyway.

I got two V6 Foggers last week and haven't had time to play with them until yesterday. I took one apart to clean it and the parts count seems kind of high to me, but I like the air flow and top fill features. I guess they need more parts to do that, and parts is parts. The little brass pins that lock the detent in place are not locked into the base and I already lost one when I blew out the base to clear the water. The single pin works, so no biggie there.

I decided to coil it up with 30 gauge wrapped on a 12ga needle. The first coil was a snap to install. The posts with holes worked very nicely, until I put in the second coil. When I tightened the screw on the positive post it cut the wire right off. So, I made another coil and the same thing happened again. Then I took the screws out and looked at them. They were cupped on the bottom so I used a Dremel to grind them flat. Another coil and the same thing happed again.

Right now it's sitting on my desk, in pieces, with all the post screws out of it. I lost my patience with it for today. Tomorrow I'll see if I can find a file or burr small enough to fit into the wire holes and try smoothing them out. It's just the one positive post that's giving me a problem so I'm pretty sure there's something wrong with the way it was drilled/milled/finished, or is that not finished.

Tomorrow, when you regain your patience, dremel your screws to make them ball point (as round as you can) and they will quit cutting your wire. I do it all the time with mine.

I was so impressed with the Subtank and how easy it is to rebuild the "square" heads that I ordered the mini Subtank also, it arrives today. They are originals bought from US vendors 'cause I didn't want to wait. I swear the bottle neck with shipping from China is with our own USPS customs...or both

That looks badazz Trucker! I've got one started for mine, but it'll probably be next week before I can finish it.

Thank you sir, your opinion is very valuable to me. Because everything I used was as primitive as it gets. I used my lathe's tailstock with drill chuck to make that hexagon, by moving my pin in and out under the short broken piece of two fluted end mill. Everything except lathing is eyeballed. Don't get me wrong, I'm aware of what kind of equipment I needed to make it the right way, I just don't have it. So, I had to improvise. The Russian way. In my next one, I'm going to press fit a little copper .... to where it make the connection. And how do you like them air holes? Each of the six side holes is 2 mm and the bore is 2.7mm. That is the maximum that I could drill inside of M4 - 0.7mm threaded pin.
