Oh nice they are making a 28mm version of the Fogger V4! 10ml tank capacity. Should fit nice on my Seven-22

Dammit !! I haven't even gotten my second Fv4 from FT yet (black with copper screw) and you are already making me think words I can't even type on a friendly forum!
Can you fill these things all the way, or should you leave some air in the tank? I filled mine to almost bubble-free yesterday, and it took it a while to "free-up" and quit giving me dry hits. I had to close the air control and give it a couple of tugs to get the bubbles flowing, and then it seemed to be fine. Do these vapor-lock with a full tank, or did I have too much wick in the channels?

BTW, I answered my own question: over filling with thick juice doesn't work so well. It took some serious dry hits to get it wicking!
Just got my fogger v4 up and running, this thing is a beast!!! Flavor is right on par with my taifun clone, and the open draw is awesome. Got my coils coming in at .8 and could not be happier
I just pulled the 30 gauge nichrome coils out and replaced them with 28 gauge kanthal. 0.63 Ω
I'm not really sure how some folks are comparing a Fogger v4 to a Taifun or Kayfun, I make my comparison to a big cloud making dripper.
It's doing quite well in this area, not as big of clouds as a regular dual coiled dripper but pretty close.
Still using 50/50 juice till I make them channel even larger.

Go with dual vertical coils & hemp fiber wrapped around the coils & none on the channels, no need to enlarge them,
I vape 90/10 VG/PG
I also think it compares to a dripper. but, with a tank
it has just as good of flavor as any of my drippers. Quasar, 3D, Atomic, Origen. lovin' the crap out of it Lol. Gonna hafta disagree. The ss in my fogger v4 is so thin, that there's a crack along the fill hole channel. I could actually use a tweezer to bend and twist it around
Don't get me wrong though, I'm absolutely LOVING my fogger v4; it might actually have displaced the kayfuns as my fav topper. But there's really no denying the vast difference in quality of construction
And oh, my build; so so yummy. At 0.8 ohms, the vapor production is ridiculous.

Someone asked about xc-116 in the Fv4. Won't fit in channels, good luck with getting a proper wick with it
I wanted to use it too, but alas it wont work, the 2mm "might" fit. Mine had the same issue with fill port. I broke off the bendable piece to make sure it didnt come lose at a bad time, no reason for it to be there.
Your build looks bang on. Coil size is right, allows for proper wicking amount in the coil and in each channel. This is the size people should shoot for (diameter) when building the fogger v4. Smaller and you dont have enough wick to fill the channels in my experience.
The poor Fv4 has been displaced recently by this (Rose v2), and while the vapor production is lessened on the tank the flavor off the fing chart and it NEVER has wicking issues, even at .25 ohms lol:

Just FYI I use 1 mm ekowool (twisted silicate that actually is more like 1.5mm) and it seems to fit the stock channels perfectly.
I've never ever used ceramic before that's why I was wondering, hoping, I ordered the regular 3mm n the slim 2mm, I'll report back in pretty determined.
I like the rose, I think it's kinda ugly, but I'm partial to stainless, I am the only guy that really likes the fogger looks wise, I had to bite my tongue with that crack in the full hole, did you guys order at the same place? Bad batch I'm thinking...?

Got mine from ar171_0 off eBay. More likely to be a manufacturers defect, and has more to do with an entire batch of product as opposed to a particular vendor. That aside though, damned thing vapes like a beast. Found 1/16 to be the perfect diameter for the coils. Any larger and the wick ends up being too fat for the channel.
ETA: I think the rose is .... ugly too. Ok well not .... ugly, but I don't like the design. I think the fogger has a great design though. Huge fan here
