Fogger V4!!

Yeah, I wasn't sure how you were fitting more in! But at least yours doesn't leak with the top fill - it's a pita to fill up...

I figured out why was I wrong telling you that I was able to load 4 ML in my modified Fogger V4.3
You see, I only sealed AFC but not the Drip Tip well at that time. And when I pushed 4.0 ML of juice down into the tank, some of it went up the juice channels into the chamber. But because I use so much cotton, it got absorbed by it and that's why I didn't have any leaks. So in the way it did take 4 ML, but the Tank only holds 3 ML. What I am trying to say here that I'm not a liar in case if somebody might have thought I was.

I believed you LOL I'm going to stuff as much cotton as I can in next time - still got leaks, but intense flavor! You wick it the stuff down the chamber method, right?

AMDTrucking, what method are you using to weld the leads onto your resistance wire? I remember reading a post like a year ago about building your own welder out of a camera, but never built one. Does someone sell one now or are they all homemade?

The Fogger v4 non plus model holds 4.5ml not 6ml as advertised.

I have been having my fogger V4.3 for a little while, and it hasn't got a whole lot of use. I was using an MVP2 and the build was a 1.8 single coil. I plugged the second air hole with cotton. It was ok, got the job done, but I want to get the use of a dual coil on the fogger.

I finally got my DNA30 device in today, so I have something woth enough power to push a dual coil. I tinkered earlier today and miserably failed at building a dual coil on this thing. I plan on trying more this weekend.

So, help me out. What is the best build for this and the equipment I have, as in the ID of the coil/resistance? I am using 28g Kanthal with cotton. Also, what's the trick to wrapping the leads on the posts - that was the worst part of my attempt.

It has been described and pictured in this thread number of times. Just read up.

As for my most successful build was: 10 wraps of 28 Gauge kanthal over 2.4 mm will give you around 0.8 Ohms or so (a little cheap Philips screwdriver that comes with every atomizer you buy, the one with a blue handle is 2.4 mm) And use two of them inserted in your coils while tightening your screws to hold your coils in place. There is nothing tricky in building Fogger coils, just patience.

I agree with trucker, it's all here! the posts are so easy you can wrap each lead all the way around the screw, while is backed out then hold coils in place and tighten down. Bam! Done.

Talking about a lot of cotton...
This thing (AGA-T7) had to be stuffed with cotton like Thanksgiving Turkey in order to work and not to leak.

I'm not sure what you meant: "Word!" I hope it was something good, or maybe you meant: "Weird"? Than it is not so good.
And why Alpaca? Couldn't you choose much cuter animal face? Like Cats for example. Right Bsoplinger? I've got 5 cats myself.

I read:
- normal wicking, carefully placing the cotton in the channels and using just the right amount
- "Kayfun method" -> just putting the wicks up, putting the chimney on, then push them on the deck
- method where you split each side of each wick into 2strands and fold one of them behind the coil.

Especially looking for a method where i can vape high VG juices with the airhole wide open

If you're talking Kayfun, the "Kayfun method" seems to work for most folks. For drippers, the split wick approach seems to be the current favorite.
However I'd point out the rayon wick thread just mentioned. I've been following it since it started, with some on its way to me, and it looks like an even better choice than cotton. Check out the thread.
