Just drilled it out, blew the shavings away, and washed/scrubbed it and reassembled to see the difference. OMG, it doesn't make my cheeks collapse trying to draw on it any more. I wish I would have gotten a countersink to deburr the hole, but hell, I'm just going to put my old build back on and see how a non-defective Fogger vapes.

Now I love my Fogger. I'm really glad that I noticed that airflow, otherwise I would have hated it. Rewicked the same coils from above using Tbev's diagonal cut, skinny wicks in the channels to the bottom of the threads. Just chain vaped about 12 long draws on it and I think it's going to last!

Now I don't have to keep dripping in public and I can give the Fogger v4.3 two thumbs and two big toes up thanks to you guys and two $3 cobalt drill bits.

Yes, I can't thank you enough for bringing up airflow as the problem. Hopefully these posts can help some poor unfortunate soul, like me, who gets a poorly drilled base from Yi Loong.

You see, China can make good quality product. Companies like Youde, Infinite, HCigar, EHPro and ToBeCo are just to name a few.
Unfortunately, YiLoong ins NOT among them.

That said, YiLoong came up with an excellent idea: "Let's make an Aqua tank with Pyrex Glass, that holds more liquid"
And now we have to deal with their poor, cheapest quality product that actually performs like a champion.
In just a month time they had V4.0, V4.1, V4.2, V4.3 and V4.4 of the Small Fogger and because people like me and you they are going to make a new revision of the Big Fogger...
I don't think that we should go though that kind of inconveniences, but it works dam good when it does.

Yeah, I agree. I'm totally impressed with their customer relations we've been hearing about in this thread. And for 30 bucs, it can't be beat!

They've been around for sometime now. There was the Fogger, Fogger 2.0, 2.5, 2.5 and 1/2, then V3. whatever and now 4.whatever.
And their quality always sucked.

I bought a fogger v2 back in the day, 8 months ago, and I liked it's construction vs. My kf right of the bat, glass tank holds more juice, even the fv2 is better than a kf when it worked. But it's a finiky b as tard.

Extra baggie came with 2, plus the one in it originally... Never stripped a connection screw before this, already went through 2 and am on my last one Being extra careful with it but still, I'd like to get a few backups just in case. I know I can probably search e-bay, but I don't wanna pay $5.00 for 2 screws if I can go to some local hobby shop or home depot and pick up a small box of them for $2

If I'm not mistaking they are M2.0 - 0.4 You could get 100 of them for $5.00 here: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000FMWBKA/ref=oh_details_o00_s02_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

These are 4.0 mm long screws you could use to replace almost every bad (non stainless) screw that come in every Fast Tech RDA and RBA.
Don't feel bad. You stripped them not because you are sloppy, but because YiLoong drills their holes too wide and their threads are not full threads and super easy to strip.

I keep an endless supply of Tappers and Stainless Steel Screws for that reason. I re-thread them one size bigger when they strip.
All my Chinese Kayfuns have 1.7 mm Screws instead of 1.6 mm original, and most of my 2.0 mm Screws have been replaced with 2.5 mm by me:

Hah! Next time I have some money, I'll go get a tap and another bit for where the o-ring will go, plus some screws and o-rings. BTW, mine didn't come with a replacement o-ring for the fill hole, just a bunch of the small chimney ones. Any idea where I can get those?

Smaller deck yes, but its still raised. Also the most recent design does not allow you to vape all the liquid in the tank. Very different IMO
