One dodge mentioned is to use a successful single coil build you already have perfected and just use the Fogger in single coil mode, IE block two of the liquid channels. I haven't done that but I may try a higher ohm build, around 1.5 or so, using the same basic idea that I use for a Protank rebuild.

That's the only real downfall i have found on these so far.Like mentioned before, finally got it perfect,no leaks, flooding, etc. although this was at home sitting upright.Yesterday i took it to work with me,and layed it down,BIG MISTAKE.It was covered in juice all over the outside of the tank where it leaked through the air holes.Hopefully someone will figure out a fix for that issue,as i am really liking these now,but as it stands it will apparently have to be an at home use only, since at work or while driving i dont have a way to keep it upright all the time.

By the way, yeah your cheerleading definitely helped pursuade me to get one of these haha.Pretty much everything i have bought has been from suggestions on this forum,i see the posts about the different new stuff, then wait a while and see how everyone reviews them, and if most agree it's a good buy, then i jump in and get one.

Here is a little driving suggestion that might help: Cranie Yums - CupVape – localvape
I have 3 of them in my truck. Assuming that your car is equipped with a Cup Holder.

@redeulee if you use 30 or 32ga wire you will be able to make two coils netting 1.4ohm total and it will preform great. I'd recommend a vamo over the mvp for sure. I have a vamo and it's running a fogger v4 @1.4ohm right now, it's what I got for my dad to quit smoking and has worked and he's very happy with it. Don't worry about anything else, your making a good call!

I decided to live dangerously today. I have four 18350s that I had kept in pairs until one pair, the heaviest used, started showing signs of getting out of "sync". So I was using them in my Cool Fire II as singles, all four of them. I checked the second pair and they were within .01 volt of each other after sitting for a couple of weeks so I stuck them in my Vamo and switched to voltage mode. I started at 4.5 volts, 1.3 ohm build, and went from there.

If I can believe the Vamo, it is running at six volts which should produce about 27 watts. I've finally gotten those nice, thick, clouds of vapor out of my Fogger! Now I have to be patient and wait for the iPV50 to show up. I have a feeling that at a "real" 25 watts this thing will really kick some ....! Yeah, I also ordered some high drain, 20 amp, batteries to go with the iPV.

I will take some readings of the input voltage and current tomorrow to see exactly what the heck it's doing. I wish I had a DC 'scope to watch the output as well.

I need to retract my statement about being a leaker, turns out it was leaking because of my own doing.I forgot that while i was driving i had to hit the brakes pretty hard which sent my vamo and fogger flying off the seat and hit the floor.I didn't think much of it until i read these posts about not leaking.I pulled it apart last night, and apparently the bump to the floor had made my wicks move, instead of being down where they are supposed to be,they were all coming up stuck to the sides of the chimney.I put them all back down, and used it at work today, laying on it's side most of the day,and only got 1 small drop from the air hole,it's perfect again haha.

Amdtrucking, thanks for the link.My car does have a cupholder, but i use it almost all the time.I did see another option though,it has double sided tape, and you stick it to the lower part of the dash, think i may try one out.

Awesome, I am waiting a IPV50 also. I started to cancel my order on that one due to a doggie vet emergency that my daughter had, but looks like I am still good to go. Hopefully they got my second email saying DON'T cancel LOL . I have probably confused them to no end now. I did also call and leave a message on their voice mail so hopefully all is good. I imagine I still have quite a wait still on that one though.

I am so excited that I am getting another fogger. Thank you again Nailz for posting that link for me. I should have it Wed

160? wow I thought my Kuvasz ( Lightning ) was big at 130 :) What ya got a Newfoundland?

I had a gorgeous shep ( Thunder ) years ago that weighed in at about 120 and could look hubby in the eyes when standing on his hind legs. Hubs is 6ft. I still miss that dog very much. He lived to 13. My Kuvasz went about 6 months after. I guess she decided to join him at the rainbow bridge. They had grown up together.

But my 2 current rascals Samson and Delilah (both Belgium Sheps) are a joy. I would be lost without them. Yes yes I pick weird names for my fur kids. My two kitties are Peaches and Mango ha ha. Thanks for letting me ramble. We now return to to your regularly scheduled program. " Let's fog this place up" :)

He's home and still coming out of anesthetic. He's a South African Boerboel, in the Mastiff family. He had a growth, benign we think at this point, on his right rear foot and another on his left knee. He jumped into the Jeep like a hurdler! Never even touched the step, but he did use it when we got home getting back out. Oh yeah, the record for a Boerboel is something like 465 pounds!

Still enjoying the higher power of a Vamo making the Fogger cook! No burned taste even at six volts!

Got my first fogger today and holy moly is this thing wide open! Air flow galore haha. Guess I'll have to slowly open my adjustment up over time. :)

I couldn't get a dual build to around 1.5 (where I like it) with 28g without it touching the chimney part and shorting so I did a single coil like the one pictured here. Works well on my regulated devices and haven't had any leaking so far.

Big upgrade from my junky, leak every damn where kayfun clone.

I pulled the trigger on IPV 50W in a coop, but got ...... off as I soon saw the Pioneer 4 You vid on the 100W...which he says is upgradable to 150W. It is what it is. But, I also went to back to Vapetasia, who did me right on the Fogger v4.1,so I ordered the Tobeco Orchid clone ( $25 shipped) from them, as I missed out on all the $20 pre-order deals. Gotta look into which full size quartz kit will fit on this so called Fogger v4 killer. What's funny is that I have given away my KFL+ v2's due to the Fogger v4s. I am thinking that the Orchid clone at this price point may make my Foggers v4s go the same route as the Kayfuns.

Man, vaping evolution, at budget pricing...it's amazing!

I would hold that stance too if I were you as I know you have 2 or 3 more v4's than me. Understandably, as the v4 just kicks .....! The Orchids deck with those posts and airflow says it all. Reviews of the authentic have been satisfying. I just want it to hold more juice than it provides @ stock. I don't mix tank cracker juice so, I'm good out of the box, but it looks like it's going to drink more juice than the Fogger, so I believe that will be one downside. So, juice capacity is my main concern. I gave away one of my KFL+ v2's in Nano mode, so I have the bigger tank and chamber to play with...fingers crossed. I currently refill the v4.1 once a day @ .6 @ 28Watts. ( I go through 2 tanks a day!!)

I was about to pull the trigger on the Eciggity Copper v4.1 and the 6 pack of FT spare glass parts too...but my money is on the Orchid as there are so many Kayfun aftermarket parts. I am just ...... I missed out on the $20 pre-order deals. At this price, I really don't mind getting a few and pulling out the dremmel if necessary on the juice channels, as it looks as if you can play at some really low levels on that deck.

Vapetasia states the delivery is on or before Aug 10th and will ship same day. So, it'll be about two weeks for the showdown and show and tell time. I have to admit, I am very very happy with the Fogger v4s. I just have been awestruck by the Orchid for so long that I may have put it up on an unrealistic vaping pedistal?

I'll report back after the first 2ml (half a tank) of vaping a successful coil and wick...and if the KFL+ v2 standard tank fits or not.
