Just bit the bullet and ordered a 2nd one since my wife has apparently permanently confiscated it and my copper 4nine for her own personal enjoyment. She apparently loves it at .4ohm since the other 5 builds I tried to make work on her vv/vw weren't hot enough lol.

On a side note, vapetasia on ebay has lowered the price for them to $20.95 shipped.

It took me 2400 posts to finally pick the v4 up and now I am ...... at myself for not doing it sooner lol. I chalk it up to the fact that I picked up the first gen on the pre-order and had nothing but troubles with it.

Picked mine up from the ebay link posted not too long ago and blindly built a .6ohm(2x 26 gauge, 6 wrap, ~3mm) and made the wick touch the deck above the threaded portion. Surprisingly enough, there have been zero problems. A SLIGHT gurgle here and there but other than that, nadda.

This thing is nothing short of a monster. My home made vanilla custard/apple pie @12mg is almost too much for me to handle and that is a beautiful thing. First time since dripping 18mg(almost died lol) that I told my self "HOLY ....., THAT IS A HIT!"

Now off to read the last thousand posts.

I've been noticiing something lately...with rayon, I'm noticing that the moisture and flavor really comes alive when I have a quarter or less juice left in the tank. Does anyone know why?

If it matters any, I put enough rayon (not boiled) where it slides back and forth in the coil (5/64th drill bit). When filling my juice, I make sure that the air holes are closed and I pour the juice in. I apply pressure to the bottle to keep it air tight then such the excess air out by slowly letting go of the bottle while still keeping pressure at the tip.

OK, I own 2 Fogger V4.1's bought about a month apart from the same ebay seller. The first one was the fat deck. It's awesomeness cannot be described in a few words. Never had leaking issues after I watched a rebuilding vid and can now sets up no prob for .6-1.5 ohm duallys.

The newly recieved second with the much smaller deck is tough to build in any dual coil setup and tougher to build above .8 ohms without shorting out on the chiminey. Kinda senseless to buy this thing for a single coil setup when there are better rba's for that.
It also isn't as "finished" around the edges and only works on my mech with the highly adjustable 510. No luck on anything with a fixed 510 socket.

Will try vertical coils but still a bummer its a no go on the VTR and Ft Cana.

There is a difference in the fogger v4.1 (the old one), v2, v3 (big deck), and v4.4 (the newest which is now called 4.1) Confusing.
The 4.4 (aka 4.1) does have a smaller deck and chimney but allows for more juice. It is a tight spot to work esp with long coils.

Another possibility is you got a clone.
My initial thoughts too, that the problem one was a clone. But upon rereading the posting, the comment about a V4.1 with the larger deck then a newer one with the smaller deck makes me concerned about the knowledge that the eBay seller brings to the transaction. Never was the larger deck version called V4.1 (although a few places said V4+) so ultimately I'm thinking its a comparison between the large deck version and the new version. And just a person without too much experience building coils finding the smaller deck overly restrictive. You most definitely can make coils which fit and work well in the large deck version that would never work in the smaller deck versions no matter what you try.

I'm one second day of Fogger V4.1(4.4) , having a good time with it. No dry hits, but I only see it "bubble"/draw out of one channel. Does this indicate an issue? Could it be performing more by this or no worries?

BTW, .8 ohm 28 gauge. Wick on top of channels

No worries at all. Sometimes bubble comes outta one, sometimes 2... Works well all the same even at high wattages.

Have the v4.1 aka 4.4 with the smaller deck and chamber. Bubble seems normal as I seen them too. Really had a tough time wicking this foggerr. It either leak or dry hit. Finally got it when i wick from the top of chamber and don't tighten the body too much.

Mine is working fine until I had my kit in my shirt pocket outside in 108F weather. (First time I had it out in the heat.) Next thing I knew my shirt was a soak with e-juice. Seams my tank had a good seal, and when the pressure raised in it due to the temp, it pumped out juice. After the clean up, it worked fine - but I will be more aware of it in hot weather.
