Common problem? Been vaping three weeks, and I've had to clean my car windows twice already. I work outside sales so I'm chain vaping in my car 8 - 10 hours a day, but before starting to vape, I was chain smoking in the car just as much. I could go a couple of months before the windows go so grungy I couldn't stand it. I drive a big ol' Grand Marquis, and trust me, it has a whole lot of glass to clean!

I've noticed that as well. When vaping, you're adding airborne h20 into the air. It is drawn towards the glass, just like any glass filled with icecubes on a hot summer's day. When outside, I don't vape any of my flavored juices; just a DIY with ~15 pecent distilled water with VG and Nicotine. I've had no issues with my car windows getting dirty or layered beyond water accumulation that dissappears when I turn on the heater.

I don't spend as much time as you driving, but I haven't had to clean my windows at all yet since november.

Oddly enough, I found myself pondering this same question today as I was driving home. While I don't know your circumstance I do know that when I was still smoking analogs I never smoked with windows up regardless of the weather. However, when vaping I do not bother to roll them down. I think this may be part of my problem but curious to see what others advise.

Yes Clyde this is a common thing. I have to clean my windows very frequently because I chain vape in my car(and everywhere else..) but I usually try to leave the window cracked open like back when ....... The opened window helps but it doesn't stop it completely. Especially since it has been extra cold lately, the cracked window doesnt get too far open when it is as cold as it has been. Oh well a few extra minutes every week or so is worth it in my opinion. Happy Vaping.

I'm fairly convinced that I got ICE inside my car this week when it snowed...I turned on the heated windscreen and engine (without getting in the car) while I de-iced the outside of the windows and got into the car to find massive amounts of condensation on the window... I figured vaping in the car and the snow had caused it... It's annoying but I've bought a kind of microfibre-cloth-on-a-stick thing to help out devaping my windows and its pretty good...it's also helped get all the nasty tobacco smoke off my windscreen!x

I do outside sales, and chain vape in my car all day as well, and after 3 weeks, Ive had to clean my windshield twice... I dont notice it on any of the other windows, but I'm always paying attention to the road, so most of my exhaled vape ends up on the windshield...

I have not had the issue myself. but I do crack the window, and since I smoked heavily on my Pipe in the car, I'm used to blowing out the side of my mouth toward the open crack as I drive, and I have my vents directing the airflow that way. I picked up the habit of doing that while smoking and just have not changed it. Guess it was a good Idea to leave things the way I had them :)

I believe that would be due to VG, both PG and VG are a vehicle in many things that in its action binds with molicules of water. VG is so a preservative and sweetener, solvent. What is probably happening is the PG or VG is causing a fine film on your windows and in that its attracting mosture out of the air. Same as when you put VG in hand lotion it will attract and hold mosture in your skin. The PG and/or VG also helps clear the gunk out of your bronc tubes thinning the gunk. Every time you breath out you breath out a small amount of mosture also. The good thing is if you have leather seats your leather will never dry out. Also you wont get dry rot of cloth in the car.

I was actually looking for a good way to clean my car windows. Thanks, Richhrd for the tip. It seems no matter how much window cleaner I use, I can't get the film off. I have been at wits end for this issue. I am waiting for it to warm up so I can do a thorough clean on them (I am considering a baking soda paste, slight abrasive, but hopefully not enough to scratch the windows). I will post when I do it on the results.

Since I've started vaping I have to clean my windows on average no less than twice a week. I'd been assuming this also. Same with my glasses but not as bad.

To answer the question on cleaning those, I use the ultrasonic cleaner I bought to steep my juice with. It works really well, that is unless I've been eating popcorn and then accidentally touch the lenses right after taking them out. Yes, this has happened. It's a James thing, I'm fairly certain of it.

Ive Just been vaping for a couple of weeks now and the car hasn't seen too much vaping time from me and still have the habit of rolling with the window down or cracked....but i used to smoke in it like a champ. Is cleaning a vapers windshield easier than cleaning a smoker's windshield? I hated smearing around cig smoke film on until it was clean...and then it there always seemed like a slight smear to it, i might just suck at cleaning lol.
