Kathy, My experience working with homeopathy for decades is that something can be totally safe in that form, the body will build antibodies. Yet, lethal in it's natural state.

I've never had a bad experience with any homeopathic remedy, only lots of success.
It's a very interesting study.

I have a few remedies I bought a long time ago for 'quit smoking', but since I'm vaping and not quitting...right now it's not something I feel would be that helpful for me. Now if I quit, then I think I'll take another look.:)

But, that's me 'this week':D

Maureen,

So you've already had experience with pototoes. We just finished off the leftover sweet potatoes tonight, so I'll be able to rule them out or not soon.:D

How'd the sweet potatoes do? I can't imagine they were as much of a mood lifter as say...cheese fries or a baked potato stuffed with cheese and bacon. Hmm..starting to see a theme to my happiness :)

i will have to look at that oat study.. even without the oats though ppl quitting opiates when they do that the last thing on their mind is a cig.. I quit ...... close to 11 yrs ago after using it for 4 years stopped smoking then too cigs made me vomit and tasted horrible when i quit ........

as far as the foods go to help with cravings.. it seems to be what each person considers comfort foods.. things that go back to childhood when you where not smoking also small items like fries that take a while to eat. big reason why a lot of ppl quitting eat sunflower seeds..
