Maybe a years worth. LOL. But I'm a Vaper that actually plans to quit in about a year

I have also taken that into consideration. If my stash out survives my desire to vape - I will have many a folk to either PIF it to or a large market that will snap it up in a flash...

Good idea. Too late for me  :D

I have done all of mine on a tight budget. I looked at what I liked and what the prices were and then did the math to maximize every dollar spent...

And of course I haunted the Deals and Steals and Stocking Up threads...

I stocked vivi novas for quite awhile back when. The last couple days I have learned how to use my dremel and drilled all the airholes out. They are so much better. Next I will work on the kayfuns but I may need better drill bits. I love the idea of making old stuff better. They will be my backups when I approach 80.

Love this post! I add three extra air holes to my old PT2 aero bases that I loaded up on way back when  I also got some adapters so I can run the Aspire BVC coils in them, and the glass pieces that I have stashed away will also work on my Anyvape Cerotanks :) The Subtank mini being able to use RBA decks, PT2 coils, and Aspire BVC coils was icing on the cake :) Many of us will survive this reprehensible legislation and keep on vaping for many years to come, totally unimpeded by the burocraps.

I was an old mtl vaper foreva and then got the bellus, wow I was blown away. Then I got the subtank mini... holy smokes why did I wait so long. They are so easy to rebuild. I was wrapping my own coils with 3mm silica for years now I'm into cotton and rayon. I love the ud 1ohm coils, cheap and makes life so much easier.

I made all of my stash pretty much interrelated. Not as many choices, but cannibalization is possible if it becomes necessary in the future... Stretches the stash so to speak...
Crown tank has an rebuildable deck available.
I have 8 or so Crown Tanks and 6 Crown decks.
I only use the Crown coils when I read in bed at night so they each last me over a month.
I'll start using the rebuildable decks if/when I run out of coils. I have 90+ Crown coils.

I like interrelated parts too.
I loved the SX350j Mini M when I got that and it was still in my useable wattage range.
So I got 3 Boxers and 2 Renegade X mods to go with it. All SX350j
One of the chips got toasted this week so I have 3 on the way ($75 total)
Backups for backups' backups

Love those RX200's, all 10 of them. My 20 Aromamizers too :)

I had three 1977 2-door Granadas, four 1st gen Talon/Eclipses, and 4 Mighty Max/D50 pickups over the years. Surprised?
Hahaha I love cannibalizing

I changed all those hijacked words to Vape Royalty links if you just happen to need good stuff at a good price. No affiliation yada yada. I just don't like stuff I post getting changed or added to by crappy forum software.

I'm pretty orderly, so I determined what toppers I wanted to have more of and to have spare parts for. I PIF'd a lot and the good and the bad gnaws at me, a bit.

But, getting organized with parts, etc. has helped. I think I can go off the grid now.

I guess I could paint everything camoflage.

...my cold dead hands.

I have 8ish years worth of nic. If my kids continue to vape dads custard. Or a lifetime supply if they don't.

Mods I have a bunch, VW and mech. A bunch of RDA's as I primarily drip.

So right now all I need is batteries, cap vc v1, and some pg/VG. But only batteries are a next 6 months type need.

Edit - I also PIF lots of juice or make it for people at cost.

Actually I've been reducing my stockpile this past year by getting rid of the stuff that I'll never use anyway. Seems like I only use A7s on mechanical mods, and carto tanks on Provaris. So I saw no logical reason to keep anything else.

As far as liquids, if I get any more I'll need to get some 1/4 drums to store it in.

Vaping supplies turn out to be so inexpensive, for me, that the number of years is more about durability than cost. My 70 mg of nic per day costs me about $13 a year. So 10 years is $130, 20 years is $260. So I have two 10 year supplies from two different vendors so if one of the supplies spoils may be the other will take it's place and get me to 10 years. If it turns out my nic can last longer than 10 years I'm supplied for longer if needed.

The only atomizer I use today is a $7 SV rda clone. 10 of those should last a couple of lifetiimes.

I've decided 5 picos and 5 vtc minis will be the stockpiled mods. Those are the only ones I use today. How long might each one run if it were in continuous use? The fire button gets a lot of clicks. I'm guessing 2 years but if I'm wrong 5 additional mods of a different make are the redundant supply. The magnets on the VTC mini battery doors will wear out eventually. I'll need to find a source for those.

My brother in law is an experienced electronics technician and expects the mods could have indefinite shelf life if properly stored. My mods are going to be removed from retail packaging, wrapped in acid free paper or padding and stored in an acid free archival storage box. That's standard practice for serious collectors and at museums for long term storage. I may do something similar for the stored rda's to protect the orings, insulators and resin drip tips I favor.

Over the next two years the supply situation could change for better or worse. I didn't blow the bank with the stash ($650) so I can buy an occaisional new mod if one strikes my fancy or I learn the stockpiled mods aren't as durable as planned. If nic is still available in 2 years but a supply interruption is imminent may be I'll add some more nic to refresh the shelf life.

    Brilliant!

8 liters of nic? That's a pretty healthy reserve for you, and the rest of Chicago too.

Due to expected losses in packaging and storage, I'll probably buy another 4L in abt a year, giving me the best shot at making it for 10yrs plus.

These are some of the losses I am expecting!

Wow, I feel so inadequate! I bought enough for a year before 8/1 (when 40% taxes hit in PA). One reason was finances, but also, I figure if things don't change in a year, vaping will be so out-in-left-field that I'll feel like a pariah every time I use a vaporizer in public. And yeah, I could still vape comfortably in my own home, but I thought limiting my amounts might inspire me to quit vaping, too.

Of course, we'll see how I feel about that next July. Or when my coils run out, and I *finally* have to learn to re-wick and rebuild, which should be in about 6 months.

Finances? Oh yea, I like dat woid.

I live in da City of ChicagOO. Brother owes me around $900. I'm seriously considering having da boys talk to him... I may have to bump the vig from 5% to 10%.
