Good Morning Major and Mrs. Major

It occurred to me that you might like to see something I have been working on. I painted years and years ago but have not done so for a long time due to pain and health issues. Because of some friends on ecf, I was encouraged to start my art again and am now working on computer art or whatever you call it. LOL Painting with computer program. I was asked to do self portrait and thought you might enjoy.

I guess it is never to old to teach an old dog new tricks. LOL

Your paintings are really gorgeous. Its difficult to paint faces and even more difficult to make them atmospheric. Great work!!

I studied under a very fine artist and he seemed to think I had a special knack for faces. I loved to work with oils as they would blend so beautifully and I specialized in children. I did this for about 10 years. That was long ago though. I thank you and everyone for the sweet comments. I love painting and have recently bought myself a painting tablet, but I am having a hard time getting used to it. LOL These were done using just the mouse.

p.s. stay away from those bad boys. LOLOL
