Just thought I'd share a helpful tip that I've learned over the past few months. When I started vaping I was using ego twists. I had three of them and I was charging batteries every single day. It became almost a tedious task. I know it doesn't seem like that big of a deal, but I was always thinking about if I had a battery on the charger, or if I needed to put one on the charger, or do I need to bring a charger with me to work? etc. etc. etc. It gets tiring.

After a few months with the ego twists, I decided I was ready to jump into the mod world. I decided I wasn't going to mess around, and just bought a provari mini. When I bought the provari, I bought two 18350 batteries for it. After using it for a week, I quickly noticed that I was still charging batteries, EVERY DAY. I was tired of it. So I purchased 4 more batteries. Now I can go about 4-5 days between battery charging. But thats not enough. I just purchased 3 more batteries. I'd like to go a week between battery charging sessions.

So if you are just starting in the mod world (It doesn't have to be a provari), I highly recommend buying more than 2 batteries. After my new order comes in, I will have a total of 9 batteries, and hopefully I will only have to charge batteries only on Saturday and I'll be good to go for the whole week.

One more tip. Label your batteries. I used a label maker on mine, but you can easily use a magic marker or something. I numbered my batteries in sequential order so they get used and charged an equal number of times. My theory in doing this is the useful life (number of times charged and discharged) will be the same so the batteries wear out evenly. That way you don't end up using a couple of your batteries more often than others.

I'll quit rambling now. Hope you got something out of all this.

ever thought about a battery extension cap to run bigger batteries.
i go through a couple of 18500 a day.
the 18650 lasts longer.

Yes, I have. But that pretty much defeats the purpose of having a provari mini. The reason I bought the mini is because of it's small compact size. The 18350 batteries last a good amount of time for me. Usually anywhere between 9 and 12 hours depending on how much I'm vaping that day. But that isn't the point of the post. The point was the more batteries you have, the less often you have to charge them.

I hoard batteries. lol. Well, not that bad but my main mods, which is a couple Provaris and the BAM Mod which takes 26500 batts with a kick inside, are my staples. I live in South Florida so I want alot of batts. I figure if there's a hurricane, I can charge up all my batts, (about 6 18650's for the Provaris and 4 of the 26500's for the BAM mod), and I can last awhile. LMAO! I also love this new charger I have that has a dual port for 2 batteries and it will allow you to charge any size batt side by side with no problems. I am hurricane ready and vaping happy. I do rotate my batteries. I charge them and once they are done, I put them in the back of the line of the other batteries in my cabinet. :)

Funny thing, I have three chargers all ready to go and a stack of 18350s and I still throw them on the charger everyday. I just rotate them so I keep the number of charges on each to once per week or less. Why three chargers? I go through several batteries a day and the Li battery does better if you do not drain them completly.

I just remember going through past hurricanes and no electricity for a week or more at a time, electricity and recharging is important! lol

FOr that reason I have 4 18650s, 2 18350, 2 egoc batterys, and 2 KR808-D

For the ego-C/KR808 I have a USB solar panel to plug the chargers into

For the others my hubby has an air compressor/power inverter gadget

Seriously the Small solar USB charger will let you plug in and charge anything that charges off USB. SO Ego's, Cell phones, kindle, ipad it will do them all. And it was a whopping 25 bucks on Ebay. WELL worth it for a hurricane situation.

6 18650s, 2 18500s, 3 18350s for four mods. I have 2 clear battery boxes and four green boxes. Batteries that need charging go in the clear boxes, charged in the green. I have an Efest Bio intellecharger that charges 2 batteries at a time. I never have to worry about all my batteries being dead. I charge them when they drop to 3.5 volts.

Also have 4 ego batteries and two rapid chargers for them.
