I have seven different PVs, and use them all. Have my favorites, try not to labor them. Been vaping since the first part of January 010.............so far not problems with me or the PVs.
It seems that a Stick would be great for car camping. No real weight restrictions so you could carry batteries for a year without a problem. I would try it at home and see your battery usage and calculate it out. I use 2 per day so quite a few for me. The SB might be the ticket though for 5 nights. It's pricey but does 3.7 and 6 volts. It's supposed to be a 2 day or so battery and the whole 5 night/6 day package with juice will fit in a ziplock bag. A chuck is another good option from what I understand though I haven't tried it. Good luck and I am sure that you will get it nailed. I don't think you will go wrong with the advice in this forum, although double for what I recommended (since I like best them personally).
Another thought - what about a cheap box mod with cheap batteries that you can get anywhere (camp store??) in case you wreck it? Might be worth looking into. Still think it would take a natural disaster to kill the SB though so back to that thought....
Most of my mods are 5 volt and thats about all I vape with. I like to use different ones when I leave but my 5 volt passthrough is my main vape and the least exspensive one I have.
For camping you should pick up/make a box mod that uses two 14500 or bigger batteries wired in PARALLEL! My 905 with one battery lasts me most of a day, I would be that two in parallel will be closer to a two day or more battery.
Hey Bubbakinns, you could make your own mod. You can get your two day battery life for a great price.. I wish I would have went this way from the start.. If you see what others are doing they can get a battery or two in just about any item for only a few dollars.
I like the diy better then the units I spent $80 on. I feel like I can fix it if I have to, and it seems two batteries in parallel (like mentioned above) give great vapor.
i ordered a titan 510 kit and got it today so i could get off the analogs and start vaping and already today ordered a tornado for the bigger battery life. cant wait to have it all and be all pv and no more cancer sticks.
It's definitely the way to go to have multiple PVs. I have my box, chuck, 902, 510, ego, pen style,
I use box most of the time. Ego, if I'm on a plane or something. The chuck after I plug in my box batteries. That thing(chuck with 18650 battery) I haven't had to charge for weeks and I have another battery sitting around.
