I too was a reds smoker, but I have found that getting a 18 mg nic juice or higher replicates the harshness of reds. I steered away from the tobacco-a-like juices since my last disposible. To me, no juice will ever replicate the taste of a red burning. I have a taste right now for a 18mg Cherry juice that just shreds my throat up! Hope this helps...

Sorry to tell you, it's impossible to replicate the flavor of any cigarette. Whether you will acknowledge this as fact or not, I'm here to tell you that any cigarette's taste of burning dried tobacco leaves and smoke can not be reproduced in an e-liquid flavor. Save yourself time and money to try to find this elusive flavor that doesn't exist, and focus on finding ANY other flavor that IS available that you like the taste of to get yourself off of the cigs.

Most of the so-called tobacco flavors available in e-liquids are more of a pipe tobacco aroma, and not really a "taste" of tobacco, according to most vapors who use these. Once that you have been totally off of cigarettes for 2-3 weeks, a real cigarette will be the last thing that you want to taste.

What flavors do you like? Fruit? Candy. Coffee? Deserts? Virgin adult drinks? About anything that you can dream up, there's an e-liquid flavor of it.....EXCEPT for a cigarette's flavor.

Vaping is not smoking. It's actually a different beast altogether. Inhalation technique is different. Absorbtion of the nicotine in vapor is different from tobacco smoke, too.

Ive come to accept that i wont get the burnt taste, im even kinda happy about it. Thats the last thing i want. I meant the taste you get if you sucked on an unlit red. Haha. (Sounds weird, i know)

I don't believe that you'll find that either, but perhaps some other former "Red" smokers can give you some tips of what they used.

I was (as usual) being sarcastic, but seriously you could experiment with adding flavors together. I do it all the time - sort of DIY light. If it seems like a hint of something is missing, maybe a flavor drop might help.

And I bet that if you had said it was missing a creamy taste and I linked to Whipped Cream e-liquid no one would have laughed. :pervy:

Seriously, i may just get the small container of raisin and add a few drips to the pure tobacco from volcano.

Have to agree with Baditude. As a former Reds smoker i searched for months for the taste of cigarettes ( and spent a fortune). I now use RY2 and Shire Malt as my all day vapes.
I actually found a flavour recently that is the closest to smoking a ciggy there is (Pink Spot Tobacco 18mg). After an hour of using it i was back to my regular juices. For me the taste of smoke has become dire.
My advice would be to aim for a decent TH rather than the stink of burning leaves and then revel in all the lovely flavours available !

It's worth a shot:

I like my tobacco flavors, with that caveat already mentioned that none of this stuff is ever gonna be similar to smoking anything. I like the tobaccos The Vapor Room produces - their Cuban liquid actually smells like a not burning cigar. And it just so happens they have a USA Reds on sale this week. See here: 30ML Flavors of the Week!

This is one I haven't tried before so I can't give you any review at all. (But I'm an inch away from ordering it...) As a general rule I get all my tobacco's from TVR with at least 1 extra flavor shot. Their sweet/bakery flavors - no extra flavor needed.

If you decide to try it, if this is your first time order you get your pick of a 15 ml free bottle too. And you always get a free 3 ml sample and you can pick your flavor on that as well. To try a new place that's a lotto liquid for 14 bucks - including shipping.
