Where is the image hosted? What are the access rights at that location?

I saw the image, so I think the issue is resolved... it appears to be hosted on ECF in the user media area... so I'm guessing it was originally set to private or something like that

Can someone comment on this please. On post [HASHTAG]#283[/HASHTAG], Subtank RBA builds? show em! I inserted the shared BB code as has been suggested (directly into the BB editor). I can view the image but others can't (per ensuing post there).

How is that possible? How can the app permit the functionality (insert edit, display appropriately) then execute for one, then not others?

Thanks for some help.

:)
I see it just fine, and it's hosted by ECF, so not sure what the problem could be.

I have 2 issues.

1) Selecting "full image" in the classy ad form still produces a thumbnail. I had 1 image so I selected "attach" or whatever it says in the box where a URL goes so I wouldn't have to use a URL, then I used the "upload a file" option and selected "full image" and got a thumbnail. I know Sonic tried it and it worked but could somebody please test this again? Not that I don't trust Sonic  but he might not have done it the same way I did.

2) When I use "Upload a File" for a smiley on my PC and select "full image" I get a full image in my post but when somebody quotes my post you see "see attached" or something like that. Nobody is going to click to see a smiley so my emotion is not getting conveyed. Can this be changed?

Working as designed. Attachments are handled the same, regardless of what the image is.

We'll check it out.

I was able to upload an image and it displayed full size.

What you can also do is edit the advertisement after you've posted it, upload the image and place the image in the spot where you would normally put the URL.

I don't understand why it works for everyone but me. I'm not sure I understand your instructions here but I will give it a try with my next ad.

For example:

:D - Site Smiley

xRQOiw7.gif
- Imgur Smiley

punishment-slap-smiley-emoticon.gif
- Smiley uploaded as image
