Links opening in new tab issue-

When I come across a link, I just click the Center mouse button, opens a new tab.

Is there a better use for this function that you're not using it that way?
I can right click and say open in a new tab, but I don't have the hand strength to be able to click that center mouse button. Mine is hard to mash

I had a "wheel mouse" for probably a year before I realized I could actually click down on the wheel for a "center button".

yeah it's actually the wheel that is on mine. I can click it but it hurts a lot so just not gonna do that. I have enough pain that I can't control.

get yourself a logitech mouse, deb ;) mine has a button behind the wheel since clicking the wheel itself activates speed scrolling ;)
I just right click. But I knew this was something retired had been working on so just wondered if there was an update on it. I have a tiny laptop mouse since I don't have much space here. It works.

@tiburonfirst and @Debadoo or anyone else that could find this useful information . . .

    Just As An FYI:

Have "You" ever used the Mouse software program provided by Logitech to adjust the functions . . .

    From Logitech Website:

    Logitech Options

Logitech Options software lets you customize your device's settings as follows:
    • Change function key shortcuts
    • Customize mouse buttons
    • Adjust point and scroll behavior
    • Enable and disable touchpad gestures
    • Get on-screen notifications when your device's battery runs low or when you press a lock key

You can get it here: http://support.logitech.com/product/mx-anywhere2#download

They also have another software program for their equipment, including "mice" too called "Set Point" . . .

    SetPoint Software

Logitech SetPoint™ software lets you customize your mouse buttons, keyboard F-keys, and hot keys. Use SetPoint to control tracking speeds and configure other device-specific settings. It can also notify you of our device’s battery status, and whether Caps Lock and Num Lock are on.

That one Ya' can get here: SetPoint Software

Hope this information is somewhat helpful . . . ;)

thank you, uncle! but as much as i like logitech's meeses ;) i won't bother with their software - tried it once and that was enough :D

    OH - I fully understand that . . . BEEN THERE DONE THAT . . . :-x

Now - Although "You" probably have tried already (however racking "My" brain trying to help out here) . . . As another FYI: I was actually able to set how fast the wheel will scool on the Logitech mouse I use by just using the MS Mouse Properties Option in the Control panel . . . Don't know if it would work for "You" . . . Just Sayin' . . . ;)

thanks Uncle, I'm pretty good with my simple mouse and the way it works.

However, I totally did not get an alert that Uncle tagged me. I did check and my alerts are set to alert me when I'm tagged. Not a huge deal, but definitely a glitch. I thought that had happened the other day also, but forgot to go back and check cuz I was busy. I'll have someone tag me tomorrow when folks wake up and see if it works or not.
