I see its their own version not a joy and the led is red on the tip and not on the button, but hey its free no harm there.

I thought the same thing but the led is on the button not the end and I'm glad. I don't have a standard eGo to compare it with but the case has eGo in red lettering on it. I see why these smaller eGo's are so popular they are a pretty nice size. I skipped this size going right to a hello 016 1300 and then the Riva 1300, Riva 1000 and the long 1300 eGo or sold as an eGo anyway. They are all small compared to my Buzz and Indulgence though. This is a perfect little kit for a beginner or veteran.

Well I received my free ego kit today 10-29 and it was shipped from China 10-26 so shipping is much faster with TNT but more expensive although AidTech paid for mine. I wasn't charged anything for the free sample which is a real nice eGo kit consisting of two eGo's, a usb charger, five carts and a real nice hard leather case that holds it all. I would have been happy with it if I would have purchased it for 60.00 dollars or more. Mine is black with a kind of rubberized coating instead of the slick shiny black ones and it vapes really good. The bulk price is really a good price and I'm very tempted to buy a hundred of them if I can find a place to sell them individually, like a swap meet or something like that. I don't really want to get into setting up a website and shipping and all of that but I might. I thought about ebay but I didn't know they don't allow selling e-cigs there.
Thank you Simon and AidTech for the Ego kit. You were true to your word.

WoW!!!! You sure got lucky!!! I am just getting into this and been using my 510 for a bit over a month...but just last night it seems like its dying... both batteries are not giving me any vapor to speak of and neither is my passthrough... one of my attys died a week ago and was praying this one held up till I could get some replacements...but my hubby almost died 8/2/10 and since has been unable to work...and I was a stay home mom...and have been looking hard for a job...but cannot get one... so a huge reason i started e cigs was I just could not buy real cigs for long...my last sorta disposable 60 bucks or so...i could have got a carton and a half or maybe 2 if I found cheap ones...or get a Starter kit...and I was amazed at how mostly painless the switch was...but I am kinda worried now... I really hope its just being moody...and starts working good again....otherwise....well...I guess I will figure out what I will do when I am doing it....

Sorry. just a kinda pity party...I am in NO WAY at all asking for any handouts... I just was happy for you when I saw your posts....and a bit sad for me by the time I got to this point.... sorry. shouldn't even post this but I am cause a lil self pity always makes things better... lol...

I am gonna be looking out for a letter like that though...thats for sure!!!! Lol

I contacted AIDTech for a review sample right after your post. I exchanged e-mails with Simon, and can understand his position after probably being bombarded with requests for free EGo samples and free shipping. I live in an area ripe with swap-meets and flea markets, with only one smoke shop in the entire area that carries e-cigs. I very much appreciate the opportunity to review the AIDTech EGo, and will post my review in the review section when completed. I may also order 100 units if the quality is consistant with the sample, to sell locally. My $25.00 paid for shipping will be refunded on that order. :)

I paid the $25.00 shipping cost on Monday through PayPal, and received my review sample eGo today. (Thursday) TNT must have handed it off to FedX, as they delivered it. I know TNT took it originally because I tracked it on their site. As txtumbleweed stated, it is a VERY nice set. 2 complete EGo's, (Including cones) 2 atties, a very nice zippered hard case, usb charger, 5 high-nic cartridges in Marlboro flavor, and instructions. The instructions state that these are 750Mah batteries.. :)

I blew-out one of the atties, dry-burned, and went straight to one of the included cartridges. Good vapor, nice quality unit for the last couple of hours. This is without even charging the battery. I have the other on charge. I will use both for a week, and post my review.

My thanks to Simon for making this happen, and perhaps give me a nice little side business in the near future.

I have a feeling these may be genuine Joye units due to the quality.. Could anyone tell me how to tell for sure?

I got my kit today. I think these are very good quality (so far) I like the blue light in the button and I would imagine this would be a "knock off" joye since the button light is not white, but that is just my opinion. So far so good, the USB charger is 420mah, it has that almost rubbery coating finish, feels nice and satiny to the touch, the cone glides on and off easily, the case is nice enough, smaller than a previous case I ordered some where else, and the parts fit nicely in there. I don't care for tobacco flavor carts, so my boyfriend will test those, I am into fruit flavors so I am loading my own. I have not tested the atty yet, it looks like your standard 510 ego knock off atty, with the gold band at the bottom. I need to clean out the primer and get it ready with my own VG juice for testing. It does not come with a wall adapter, like other kits, but it does come with the extra cone/atty so you get 2 complete egos, 5 carts and a USB charger. So far I have charged one battery, and just using the other out of the package. Both seem to be performing as good as any of the Riva's or the Janty eGo that I have already used for a few months. The real test is longevity. We will see how it holds up in the next week or so of use.
I'll report back in a while. If these hold up to the test, I will be getting more for sure. The case makes a nice little package, might be more attractive to new users, when they see it all self contained and ready to go, instead of a large box you end up throwing away, unless you reuse it.

I got one of those letters (snail mail) about a week ago. I have been going back and forth with Simon since then. He does seem to be very nice and has been patient answering my questions. But I did send off yet another email to him this morning listing a few of my concerns. I will see how he handles them. Oh, and yes it cost me $25 shipping which I paid this morning.

If the quality of the product is there I will be ordering. I did let him know that I test for at least a month to ensure a good product before I order for resell.

I will let you all know if he addresses my more serious concerns.

Well I have been using mine constantly for the last 24 hours, and so far they work as good as any of the other true ego products I have tried. I like the blue light, and the charge seems to be holding strong, still have not fully charged one battery, and the other is running off a full charge from yesterday. I am rotating them a bit, mainly to give them both heavy use. The button seems solid, at least as much as the original egos I have. Asuming these don't die on me in the next week or so, I will be placing an order with them for more, and might pick up a couple of other sample kits to test. Now if they would only make the ego Mega atty... or the pass-through ego... So far I'd say this is a good unit. Let's see if I feel that way in a few weeks.

I agree 100% jambandphan03.. :)

I have been rotating mine for a week now, and find them to be very reliable, quality units. I will be posting a review with pics tomorrow in the review section of the forum. I am excited to be placing an order for the AIDTech eGo's, mixed with some of their other product lines for local resale.

BTW: I confirmed with Simon today that these eGo batteries are indeed 750 Mah....

Yeah, I noticed these were slightly longer than my 650 batts. Good to know, thanks for the confirmation. And mine are still going strong, no problems what so ever.

NP... :) I'm running behind on my AIDTech review.. I'll try and get it posted today. I've been too occupied enjoying my new VapeMate.. :)

Really looking forward to reading your review. Just got mine yesterday. Let the wife take it to work with her today to get her views on it. I used it yesterday till she got home from work. :) I did enjoy it and got a full 5 1/2 hours off the battery and I am no lite vaper. So that impressed me. The only concern I have is with the button. I shirt pocket carry and my wife will purse carry. The button sticks up slightly above the body so it can be activated pretty easily. I know I know hey dumb dumb just remove the atty from it. Well that makes it a pain to constantly disassemble and reassemble. BUT, I did find on another sellers web site some eGo button protectors. I have ordered some and will see how that goes. Beside that little problem I think I will really enjoy it. If the button protectors work out right I will order more to give along with the kits to sell. Oh, and also I will be including a USB to AC adapter for people with out PC's.

Has anybody placed an actual order yet for more than just the "sample" and have you recieved the order?

I have a product sheet, and am still deciding on how many eGo's and assorted e-cig sets I want to meet the 100 unit minimum wholesale price order... I am leaning toward more of the e-cig sets than eGo's, since they look more familiar to folks than the eGo. ;) I already have an indoor space lined-up to sell them every other Friday.. :) I'm pretty excited about it. I have been a vendor in the past with other items, but the e-cig market is wide-open in the area I have chosen. I will post when I place and receive the order.

I just wanted to know if anyone else received the letter with a free offer. I still don't know how they got my mailing address, not that I'm complaining. I have placed quite a few orders from Eastmall and Heavens Gate both in China so perhaps they got it from them.

There legit--I bought a computer mouse from the about 6 months ago.
Several months ago received a number of surveys, polls type email that I was leary of but carefully completed and returned.

BOTTOM line as I type this I am dripping on the exact ego they picture, (except i think its a Riva, 750 Mah battery) except my led lite is blue. O yes annnnnd it was FREEEEEE just showed up:):vapor::vapor::vapor:

OPPs sorry, posted without reading the whole post

I ordered 5 more ego kits and a sample 510 flat charger case kit, just got them and they are pretty good. I am not fond of the auto 510 battery the kit came with, seems to have a 3 second cut off, but the case is a smart PCC style inside the clam shell hard case. Holds and charges 1 batt, 1 cart, 1 atty, usb plug. Once we get resituated from this fire, I plan to order more to sell locally.
