DO NOT FORGET to look up vapor......com! These guys are my local brick-and-mortar and have free shipping on all sales. Check out their review by Phil Busardo over on tasteyourjuice.com. They have some adventurous flavors I genuinely think you won't find elsewhere.

I am especially annoyed by sites that offer priority mail as their cheapest shipping option. Some that come to mind right away are Myfreedomsmokes and aroma juice. Why do they do that? are they unwilling to compute the shipping cost by weight? Is it to encourage larger orders? I figure if i have to pay $6 for shipping i may as well order more stuff than i planned to so my proportional shipping cost is lower.
I almost always get my first class parcel post orders in 4 business days or less for half the price or less so i want that option. Perhaps we should send an email to the vendor to complain whenever they do not offer first class parcel as an option.

They are a good vendor and I've bought a few things there, but their high shipping charge has cost them a couple of sales from me as I've found better deals and available coupons on the same items elsewhere.

I dont mind priority mail costs so long as the vendor doesnt sit on the package for days after you order, sort of ruins the point.. currently driving me nuts because they claim to ship sameday if ordered before 2pm.. aaaand nothing, just sitting

ElectronicStix now says first class shipping on $20 or more, and free priority shipping on $100 or more (US only). At the time of my last order, I don't believe there was a minimum (Came to $17.85 on 03.17.2013 and it was free). Guess that has changed.
-I agree. I needed a battery spacer for my charger, and was about to order a couple (Had it in my cart- Two for right around $4.00). Deleted them out of my cart when I noticed the shipping was $6. Ridiculous! These things are very small, and aren't heavy.
referring to a vendor i did mention above, i ordered from them this morning and it has been shipped already. very few vendors do not ship the same day, and some of them do so to let the ordered eliquid to steep. same day shipping is very common, whether by usps first class or the more expensive one.
If you do not mind paying priority mail costs that is fine, but many of us do mind and resent not having the cheaper option.

UPDATE:
Ordering as stated on the 8th, got an confirmation immediately as standard by the vendor and Paypal. The 11th I received a shipping notification with a tracking number, today I tracked the package, it was accepted in Hong Kong, so looks legit so far...

thanks for cleaning up the list, but i would have left out the one which is free only for minimum purchase, almost all sites do that.

510ego.com has free shipping on every item. no minimum purchase. they also have guest checkout, but you still must input shipping name,address etc. and credit card info. they also have buy 2 get 1 free e liquid for existing customers. using their "green apple" right now.

I am so grateful to have found this thread. I have a tight budget and work very hard to plan out my purchases and I try to only buy exactly what I need. Often times (as was mentioned in this thread already) my purchase is less than the cost for shipping. Worse still, there is one vendor that has juice that I really enjoy but their priority shipping is inflated at 8 bucks. I cannot justify paying that to ship a 30ml bottle but when I have used their first class option, it has taken 8-9 days to arrive. So... they have to come off of my list.
Anyway, I really appreciate the info as I have put off placing a much needed order. Great to know that I have some choices and won't be held hostage for small purchases.

This may have already been said but many of the reputable sites offer free shipping if you order x amount.
