For those who have already voted and want to help push for an airing of our fight here are some additional links to try.

Email Freedomwatch@foxbusiness.com
Facebook discussion FDA vs Ecig
Twitter I dont have an account so if you Tweet, I'm leaving it up to you

Quick contact link for the Judge found by UntamedRose

Just a few additional avenues to try to get the Judge's attention. Hopefully he can get the FDA goons to sit under the hot lamp and explain why we must quit or die because they arent sure ecigs are safe.

Come on folks. There are only 4 comments on the Facebook page and 2 are from the same person. I know that there are hundreds of Facebook members in this forum!

FDA vs. E-Cigarette | Facebook

And how long does it take to click this link and write a short message asking Judge Napolitano to do a show on the FDA's war against e-cigarettes?

Leaving a fairly long comment took me about 15 minutes of time well-spent. :) That's a bargain, in my book, for a chance to be heard!

(Plus it kind of felt good having a healthy vent for some of this potential ban angst that has been building up inside me.)

Posted to facebook. We should get this thread advertised in other areas of ECF. I personally only get in here occasionally and just happened on this thread. I'm sure we could get others on the FB link if they knew about it. However, quite frankly, I don't think the FDA would agree to hit the hot seats. I'd sure like to see them asked though.

12 posts so far. At least we are staying up towards the top of the discussion.

Hopefully he'll peel the FDA onion and find a bunch of stuff to sucker punch these fools with, but considering their history at the FDA they tend to come out smelling like roses even when highly placed whistleblowers expose them to public/congress. Makes me dread any crisis legislation granting them any more power to 'protect' us from undercooked eggs. You know they wont stop at eggs.

I, too, stumbled on this conversation. This is the first I've heard of a FDA vs e-cig discussion on Judge N's Facebook Page. Being a fan of Judge N is not something I've even remotely considered.

I'll go join his page right now and post a comment.
Stop the scolding, already.
I'm on my way over there right now.

No scolding. LOL that's why it's not posted all over the forum.

This was the next logical step to get the Judge's attention, but like any campaign, it's hard to keep the ball rolling. Scolding anyone taking a break from beating there head against a brick wall to enjoy a good vape isnt going to inspire anyone.

Current fight probably wont even heat up again till next year, but hopefully if we all bug our newly elected officials and tell them to strangle some sense back into these idiots we might avoid the FDA sneaking something in next year.

We all feel like Colossus rolling a heavy ball up a hill that seems to stretch forever. That's the FDA's biggest advantage. These idiots get paid whether they win or lose and can always start the regulation game after they lose in court.

Best,

By all means. More attention the better IMO. Biggest problem we face is that the FDA is almost immune to anything but direct pressure from Congress. They dont listen to the courts and as soon as the congress's attention is elsewhere, they go right back to their same bag o tricks. Usually with a vengeance because you hurt their feelings by pointing out their lack of ethics or sound science. FDA is the ultimate example of people given power to do one thing and twisting it into something beyond the scope of it's original purpose. We need to attack them from all sides.
