Freezing pg based nic

Just wondering, I will be filling glass bottles, can I fill to the top, or do I need to leave room for the nic/pg to expand some?

Fill it to the top. Like nearly everything else known to man, PG contracts as it gets colder.

Water expands when frozen, but it is an unusual compound and you will never freeze PG in a freezer that you'd have in a home anyway.
