I purchased 6 x 500ml bottles of 60mg PG last night, and I'm wondering if it's okay to pack the jugs in zip-lock bags for freezing? I don't think the PG will freeze solid, so I'm concerned that the solution will react with the plastic over time. My plan, is to expand a 1 x 500ml jug into 15mg and 7.5mg strength bottles for 12 watt and 30+ watt vaping. I'm hoping that I can freeze the remaining 5 jugs of 60mg (in their plastic containers) for future use. I want to order a case of amber glass containers, but I need to find some thick USA made amber bottles.

color doesn't matter if you do like I do and wrap 'em in aluminum foil, bubble wrap and them vacuum seal 'em :D

I personally wouldn't trust my insurance policy (100mg/ml nicotine) stored in plastic. Glass and poli-cone caps all the way for me.

^^ If by mixed solutions you mean flavored, the suggestion is cool or refrigerated storage, but not the freezer. Don't know if that's what you meant, so I'm just passing along the conventional wisdom which I don't vouch for anyway.
Yes, general idea is Nic in the freezer, 0ish degrees, mixed juice in the fridge, 45ish degrees. Just what I have read over and over in different threads. :)

By mixed, I mean nic liquid only. I ordered 60mg PG liquid with the intention of cutting down (with VG) for a 50/50 mix of 15mg and 7.5mg solutions.

I see that Nicotine River has "NicShield" offerings, which by the description sound like they are pre-packed for direct to freezer storage. Whether the liquid is in plastic or glass containers, I do not know? The NicShield is more expensive, but I won't have to hassle with packing. I may get 2 x 100mg/500ml containers. I'm ordering a lockable freezer chest for the garage this weekend.

I'm pretty sure he's talking NIC base.

I agree about the bottle color not being a sticking point. As long as it's wrapped and in a box the freezer doesn't care. The upside with clear glass is that you can easily see the level after you take a bottle out of the freezer for every day use.

I have brown Boston Rounds ready to freeze my nic in, but I haven't yet transferred it from the LDPE shipping bottles. I may just order some clear bottles after thinking about the ease of use. I don't want to have transfer it from brown to clear after freezing. That's just another chance for a spill to occur.

Anyone have preferences for bottle brand to freeze nic base in? My brown bottles came from Glass Bottle Outlet. The clear ones are going to be from Amazon for the free Prime shipping. Shipping was kind of slow and expensive from GBO.

Wheaton, JG Finneran, and Premium Vials are prominent on Amazon.
