I go to Home Depot and everywhere I look I see a new mod .. Flashlights, screwdrivers .. They are all mods .. Peeled and put my old water heater at the curb and what do I see ??

Dude-Ette actually ... That's what it looks like when you peel away the pretty white outer layer of metal off ... you are left with a PV on the inside ...

The city I live in wants you to get a permit to change out your water heater. A friend is a plumber .. he did this for me .. I put out the outside of the heater last week .. the PV goes this week ..
