Hi Cern,
I'd be cautious raising the nic level on a rebuildable as you're already suffering through rough hits- that will only get worse with more nicotine. Also, you mentioned needing to constantly vape to achieve the same results as an analog- as do I. However, I enjoy the flavor of my ejuice so I don't mind vaping more often than I smoked. Do it enough to keep the cravings away and you can worry about cutting back down the road. The fact is, youre trying to quit cigs. That's hard to do. At least with your vaporizer, you have an outlet for the hand to mouth fixation as well as the nicotine addiction. Don't worry as much about how often you're vaping. Also, maybe try a regular clearomizer- there are some excellent options out there that may help to reduce the intensity of the throat hit. Most people will tell you rebuilding is the way to go, but stock coils deliver less of a hit so it might help.
Good luck to you!
