Frustrated with my 'converts'

Does this happen to anyone else?

The majority of smokers I've introduced to vaping have not switched to vaping - they just supplement their smoking habit with vaping! Using the PVs in the office (or elsewhere they can't smoke), but still going outside for their regular cig breaks. As far as I can tell, most of them haven't even cut down on their smoking. I feel like I've just made their nicotine addiction worse rather than helping them quite the cigs!

I've gotten a couple of full converts, but the others just refuse to give up the cigs. Kind of frustrating.

Rules of vaping number 13: You must vape for at least five years before you are permitted to have converts.

I think it's a kind of encouraging %age we are seeing here too. Imagine if we were talking about Nicorette or patches. You just really don't see people even trying to get their buds to try NRTs with such enthusiasm (not usually at least). "OMG, you've got to try these patches. They're work like a dream!" Hm, not something I've heard.
