Yeah who would have thought they wouldn't know about one of the hundreds of mods out there. :facepalm:

The MVP is pretty popular from a well known brand. Seeing v2.0 was released over a week ago, and they carry version 1 already, how could they not?

I wanted to order from them, but I went with another site after getting this reply. I'll still order from FT, but I may not bother contacting with questions like this in the future. I held off a few days on ordering because I wanted to see what they had to say.

Further, each ticket I open with them takes at least 48 hours before I get a reply. I wasn't going to wait another 2 days before finding out. A simple search by the employee who answered my question would've given him the info needed. I would've waited to order if they had said they plan on carrying it in the near future.

Anyway, if there is anyone who wants to know where I bought mine from, just let me know. I don't want to promote another company on FT's thread.

The thing is, FT is an electronics re-seller, not a specialized e-cig one. We just think they are, because that's what we're into.

When I suggest a product and they ask me for a site where they can see the product, I really appreciate it and always send them the info. Although I'm not the only one, I sent a link to the different kinds of ego holders that they have up now, a link to some of the solar battery chargers, and others... They honestly do listen to us, even if we are NOT their main concern.

So yes, I think you might have sent them a reference link. We all might have had the MVP v.2 a little faster...hopefully someone else will do it!

I get that, but like I said, it takes a few days for them to respond. Instead of making me wait another 48 hours to get a yes or no, the person could have done a simple google search. Also, a person said in the comments section they had already asked and received a reply that didn't give any info. I asked because that question was posed a while ago.

Like I said in the title, I like the site, and I would recommend them to anyone. But they did lose a sale(if they are going to carry it) due to this. I understand they are busy, but I do believe they need to improve this aspect of their business.

That's what I did when I asked them to stock Evods and Twists. I even sent them a link to Chinese manufacturers and they had them in stock 2 days later.
