Well first off let me just say im very new at dripping(i love it tho). I would like to apologize in advance for the wall of text and pictures, just trying to make it clear enough for people to read and understand. Here it goes :

Recently, I picked up the Fuhattan, and a phoenix i believe atty, last Friday to be exact. I was so excited and nervous all at the same time lol. The place i picked it up from hooked me up with wire, cotton, juice, the whole works basically. They showed me how to coil and wick it all. I left the shop all set up.

Heres the situation, I came home yesterday and decided i needed to put some new cotton and and clean my coils. I did just that put fresh cotton in it, dry fired the coils a little to clean them, wicked it up, juiced it as well, and boom good as new. cantaloupe and pear was oh so satisfying for about an hour lol.So im sitting in my chair playing with it everything good, I then turned it upside down i don't know why,I just did; i don't know if this has anything to do with it, but non the less it was firing all on its own. turn it upright hit it a few more times didn't think nothing over it. Taking one last hit and it never fired again... so hmm took it apart the whole works.

I've recoiled it cleaned the post on my atty.Checked the ohms on coils, tightened the post. messed with the firing pin a little. Even checked the battery so if its good and it is. I have no way to test the atty and any other mod. so im literally stumped and confused, I called the shop and they said bring it down and they'll take a look at it. But thats a good 45 mins away and i would hate to go down there for something so simple. and i cant get there till sunday, If it worse comes to worse thats what ill do, but never the less decided to stop by here for some expertise advice and tips.

Here are some pics.

EDIT: Coils are wrapped ....ty, new at it lol, i wrapped them really quickly was frustrated cause was not working.

Hi, well i have a manhatten which is basically the same thing from what i can tell, so i will try to help thee :)

First thing is, the picture where your holding the battery and firing mechanism, it looks like the connection pin is stuck out a mile, it should be sitting below the outer edge or levelish with the magnet, so hold the button on the bottom that you use to fire it, push it in & hold it so it doesnt spin and tighten that contact pin all the way. this will stop the self firing when upside down, is always good to check this pin from time to time to make sure it hasnt come a little loose.
Second thing i notice is you have a big gap between your atty and the top of your mod, the pin inside the top of your mod you need to unscrew it and take it all the way out, now screw your atty onto the top part of your mod all the way and then put the pin you removed back in, screwing it tight to your atty.

Sometime you will try to remove your atty and it wont unscrew untill you unscrew that pin a little, not sure why, it may be due to friction but this is the best way to remove it if that happens, also....
the pin in the top of your mod is a floating pin inside the plastic part that has the threads, although it may not seem it is as mine seemed welded in one spot inside but what i did to get the pin to move up towards the atty more was to screw the pin into the top part of the mod without the atty and lightly tap the pin onto a hard flat surface and it will move. you dont need to move it much, so long as its sticking out a little for to make contact.

and tidy up your coils :D watch lots of vids on youtube

goodluck :)
