I am clueless on this one. Ear ringing? Sounds like Meniere's disease to me. I can't imagine why your ears are ringing and dizziness and this is only when you vape? I suppose it could be some type of allergic or behavioral response.... Something.... Maybe you are drawing too hard on your e-cig and it's affecting you?
If the ENT had nothing to offer, well, PG is a sensitivity problem (not exactly an allergy, I don't think) but you can easily find out by vaping JUST VG 90% distilled water 10% no nic. If that's okay, add in nic. If that's okay, add in flavoring... and etc. Final test would be trying with PG again and if you notice a major return of sx then you sort of have your answer.
That's not really a typical reaction that I know of to switching to vaping. Have you tried seeing the ENT while vaping? There's not a bunch of point going if you aren't actually doing the thing that seems to be bothering you (vaping) although at the same time I can't really recommend vaping either, since you don't know what's going on and like, I say try eliminating PG mainly because it is YOUR plan, not mine. Really, I'm clueless.
