I am clueless on this one. Ear ringing? Sounds like Meniere's disease to me. I can't imagine why your ears are ringing and dizziness and this is only when you vape? I suppose it could be some type of allergic or behavioral response.... Something.... Maybe you are drawing too hard on your e-cig and it's affecting you?

If the ENT had nothing to offer, well, PG is a sensitivity problem (not exactly an allergy, I don't think) but you can easily find out by vaping JUST VG 90% distilled water 10% no nic. If that's okay, add in nic. If that's okay, add in flavoring... and etc. Final test would be trying with PG again and if you notice a major return of sx then you sort of have your answer.

That's not really a typical reaction that I know of to switching to vaping. Have you tried seeing the ENT while vaping? There's not a bunch of point going if you aren't actually doing the thing that seems to be bothering you (vaping) although at the same time I can't really recommend vaping either, since you don't know what's going on and like, I say try eliminating PG mainly because it is YOUR plan, not mine. Really, I'm clueless.

I have something similar i start vaping 3 months ago then i start to have ear ringing for 5 or 10 min i ignore that then one night my ear start to ring all the time i keept on ignoring since i like vaping then ringing getting louder and louder each day then start to feel dizzy went to ent doc said nothing i stopped vaping then i get better i return back to vape and same symptoms return again dizziness louder ringing i did this 3 times just to make sure its because of vape it might be some pg allergy im not sure plz let me know how y doing since i still have that ringing so far not as loud as before but still there

Sounds like it is time to step down nicotine mg/ml or open up the airflow.

A few of the many symptoms of too much nic, ears ringing dizziness, sucking too hard also messes with the ear.

That's unfortunate. I'm going through the same thing. Ringing has gotten better, but still there. ENT has told me that there is nothing wrong. My last thing to check is my jaw. ENT said he might have a TMJ problem.
I went to dentist and asked him about tmj he said i dont think so..ive been reading every where it seems like some have pg allergy ..people everywhere try to ignore that cause they fond of this invention (finally the joy of smoking without consequence ) even my self i heard my ear ringing and keept on vaping
Right now i stop vaping for the third time and back to cig for 15 days no more dizziness but ear ringing still there just not as loud as before but it never stop .. i should of invest on a peterson pipe :)
Plz keep me informed if anything new good luck

I wish if i know nobody.. tells me there is max vg on the market when i started to vape.. i was sick of cig and wanted to find an easy way to stop it
Cant give conclusion since its all new to the market but for me i did test it 3 times and it did make my tinnitus worse and brings me dizziness my ent doc said am not suffering from menier conditions

I'm confused. Why can't you just get some Max VG (or just VG, USP grade from Walmart or another pharmacy, or a complete foreign (to me) pharmacy if you aren't in the US and test vape it? Vaping without PG isn't difficult.

Might want to give it some time to give your sx time to subside to know for sure, but I don't get why (I am kind of guessing, not sure I completely understand the above post) you can't just vape some max VG? Especially if your docs aren't finding anything wrong with you.... Did they tell you to stop vaping?

I posted earlier in this thread that ibuprofen was causing my issues and I thought so at the time, but I haven't had ibuprofen since and still have the ringing.

I think vaping exacerbates it. I think it's either vaping too often and overdoing nic or possibly and most likely just the inhalation process. My doctor said my ears are fine. I wish I knew and there was an easy fix but I only sympathize. I'm not willing to change my vape so I just go with it but also I'm not getting dizziness, that would maybe be a game changer.

I'm 5 months in and just now really starting to get rid of some vape related issues including the ringing and dizzies. At first I blamed it on taking a med break from Adderall to stave off cig cravings. But by 3 months I went back on med. Unfortunately when stopping a stim, sinuses go crazy due to rebound effect.

So then I began to wonder if it was a PG thing, and may still be in part. But due to dizzies and headache, I started buying 0mg 80/20 juices.

Headaches subsided, dizzies mostly gone, and ears only feel ticklish maybe once or twice in a weeks time. I've also considered flavorings and sweetners. But I really think it may have been the nicotine and chain vaping. I'm just glad it's pretty much stopped. For a few weeks it was intense and you can't scratch your inner ear! Ringing increases occasionally too. Bothering me at the moment and Ive been vaping 3mg all day. I may just have to throw it out.

I've been reading around and noticed that getting a full feeling in your ears, ringing, and unable to pop them is kind of common. Was wondering if anybody has gone thru this and recovered from it? As in, full feeling is gone and ears feel normal again, no ringing.
Yep. Happened after an 18 hour flight. Totally deaf in left ear for three days. Three days in Japan where I couldn’t see a doctor. Finally got an ear wash kit and it knocked it out in seconds. Best. Feeling. Ever!!!!

I've come to the conclusion that my issues with ringing, itching inside ear is from either the bases pgvg or brand of nic used. It happens rarely now, but this is why I think as I do.

Last night I was pulling out tanks to try some new eliqs in for comparison to my RDA that's s juice guzzler lol.Rewicked RDA while washing out my vape bag. There was just a little bit of juice in a particular bottle. I thought it's similar to one of the new ones, let's run this thru my RDA first to finish off bottle. About an hour later at bedtime the ringing started. It was like a dejavu moment. It's only 3mg, well known reputable manufacturing.

hows ur ears ..what did doc said ?
Just wax build up. I had to get them flushed, it was nasty. Best $25 I ever spent.

Not sure if it was the same problem as @Hesham911

    Thanks for asking.

my opnion it is a nicorette overdose
we all vaped much at the begining since we didnt know what is much with cig when you buy the second cig pack you know you have to slow down..with vape we dont know..ear ringing is much like ear ringing from drining too much beer (not all people ,much blood flow to inner ear) better to vape only 1.5mg and limit your self with 3 to 4 ml a day till you feel ok again.
one thing more i also notice some certain flavours cause me some headache its something personal from one person to another find tour best ejuice.
