there has always been an ashtray on my computer desk.
After 4 days on the new vmod. No analogs for 3 1/2 days.
I can breath. I smelled the ashtray today for the first time. lol
I'm still taking real deep breaths trying to feel or hear the weeze in my chest. Guess what it's gone.
did I mention that I can BREATH..
I love this little mod ( vmod = lifesaver )

Vaping truly is a wonderful thing. I work fast food and I had to laugh the other day because over all the food smells I was able to smell someone sucking on a cough drop from 15 feet away.

Congrats and here's to many more smells (good and bad) to come.

yeah try that as a herion addict who got Hep B or Aids for using a dirty needle... you stuck it in your mouth your problem. Glad you are vaping now but again it was your choice.

I totally busted my Mom for smoking. I never noticed it when I was smoking but now that I'm not I walked in her house one day and though she wasn't smoking at the time I could smell it in the house. I was so ...... because right before I quit she was giving me all kinds of hell for smoking and yet she's been doing it the WHOLE time. I'm like really Mom how can you sit there and be smoking and yet belittling me for doing it. She must think people can't smell it or something but she's doing it in the house I mean really........oh well I can't stay mad at her forever but now it's my turn, I just don't belittle her, it's not my style. Worst thing about her smoking is the way she leaves the ashtray in her car full. Her car stinks worse than anything and it never goes away. Glad she's not smoking in her new car. Maybe she'll quit again.

lol I hear ya. I have been remodeling the mancave and realizing just how heavy a smoker i used to be. everything i move kicks up that old smell and its really nasty. But in the end its gonna be all clean and purty and i wont have to smell that funk any more.

Hey stormie maybe its your turn. maybe you can give her a pv and get her to switch over and save her life b4 its too late that would be great. My dad was a life long smoker and died of pancreas cancer in 06, wish I had known about the pv back then and had gotten him to switch early he might still be here today..

chuck we really cant blame the gov for our own stupidity for picking up the analogs in the first place. in all reality the blame falls on each and every analog user. however if they successfully get their ban on ecigs. And they prob will with the lobbiest and big tobacco with their hand in everybodys pocket. But can you really blame the tobacco co. Just look at the money they are loosing if everybody knew about the pv's out there and how easy they are to make yourself. and the juice. they just want a piece of the pie. STRIKE THAT (THEY WANT IT ALL AND WANT TO CONTROLL IT). They can then take over the industry change the juice and put in it whatever they want and make it just as addictive as the analogs we are trying to get away from.. then we be hooked just like the analogs. I don't think when the native americans used the their tob is was addictive. Well maybe whatever they had in their peace pipes lol whatever that might have been to have the visions they had. but must have been some good stuff though.

Nice change, huh. And, so quickly. Amazing isn't it.

I keep ashtrays everywhere---great little containers for vape gear or just a good place to rest my mod. Maybe this year I'll graduate to another system -- but for me, it's fun to put them to good use.

I felt very angered when I first quit. This thread brought back those vivid memories for me too! Guess what? It has been over a year already!! Chuck, the best thing we can do is come to ECF, welcome all the new people, help out as much as we can and watch people switch one by one. Nothing is more rewarding for me. That's why I'm here almost every night.

To the OP, congratulations and welcome! Hopefully you can get some friends to switch too!
