Just don't do it....you could wait before you had ecigs, you can wait now. Not worth the risk.

I agree. I am required to do lots of air travel with my job and if I got an x beside my name in the system it would cripple me. I can get through the length of flights I am on anyways. Since I've switched to vaping I don't feel as big of a slave to it as I did with cigarettes which helps.

Hi Jimmy, Congrats on quitting analogs!

Thanks for the info. I've used my PV in airplanes before with no problems at all, I hope it stays like that!

The type of smoke detector probably makes a difference - if you can see visible exhaled vapour; it might well set off an optical type smoke detector. IWHT the ionisation wouldn't be affected - but I could be wrong!

I disagree...if we all "just don't do it" and always stealth vape in public or only vape at home where no one can see, people (the public) will not find out nor ask about vaping. All the public will hear and see is what bad media feeds them, instead of asking actual vaping people .... but if they do see you/me vaping, they have a point of reference (other then the BS the press and TV is feeding them) ... and then us vapers may actually get people on our side that haven't been former smokers.

do you all not see the type of conditioning you have been receiving for so many years, that you have to accommodate the public, even knowing that you aren't inflicting harm to them???

I travel a lot for work and always stealth vape on the plane. I have to bring a different set up than my usual so I do not make big clouds. For long/international flights I bring gum just in case ;-)

Have never had any issues bringing the juice or batteries through security. I do take my mods out of my bag since they have searched my belongings so many times after seeing them.
