Hey, check out my new GTUS mod :D, it's VV with 2 18350's or reg batt V on a 18650, it also has a meter and a master on/off I managed to jam into the base...ok fine, let's just call it RSM Cutlass re-purposing;)...it just seemed so right.

How much to make me one?!!! :)

Do you vape as-is, or add a drip tip?

This pic has me thinking that I should get a Gripper VV and rehouse it into something similar :)

I didn't make it, it's a mod of another modders mod...I just ripped the bottom feeder stuff out, pulled the upper atty con/dripcup and put a new atty con in the bottom and rewired it...been wanting to do this since I got my 2nd GTUS...I turn my own DT's so I can get that perfect length.

You could probably re-re any 18650 BF into a GTUS box I just chose my Cutlass because hey, it's my GTUS, it deserves a pimped ride.

Just got my G-Tank us, and I love it. Only problem I have is a slight metallic taste. Took my time with the wick and coil made sure coil is not touching it self and coil is nice and black. Dunno if any of you have had this issue or know what I might be able to do to help with this but any input would be nice.

Have not tried it with a plastic tank so not sure if that might be it or not.

That looks sick! I've been wanting a Reo VV but I'd rather have something I can use my GTUS and others in. I need to have Gummy write me a script.

Truly nice work Quigs! Did you post this over on Cappy's thread. It'd probably be a hit over there too.

I'm a little afraid...Cappy's followers are pretty loyal, may be seen as heresy

...having said that, if I had taken drill to my Grand I probably wouldn't be writing this...some Reonaut would've tracked me down and stuck a knitting needle in my ear as I slept

Looks awesome, might consider doing a 5ml ghost mod, and then routering out a view window for juice level :)

I was thinking that too (had it clamped in the mill vice) but I'm a little concerned with the strength of the wood if I took that much out of it...may just pick up a chunk of Padauk and start from scratch...problem is, I love metals and plastics but wood scares the crap out of me

Just use a 3/16" mill head and go slow :)

Try this, it helps a little with that. I don't do a whole lot of genesis type attys, so I notice the slight metallic taste from the mesh when I do, and the threadstick really did make a difference for me :)

You could be gentler with it by just sanding a window in, using a dowel as a sanding block which would minimize any cracking. Here is an early in the process pic, There's some GTUS friendly pieces in the works too.
