question on wicking material

is there anything I can use?
until I get home
we have cotton balls in the clinic
gauze pads,

thinking of the gauze pads
over the cotton balls?

Depends on the material of the gauze...

But the cotton balls should be just fine, "tease" out into strands and you're golden

Cotton balls work. They can be unrolled, cut and separate the fibers.

what i did was spread them,wide,rolled then inserted hahahahha
musch like you would on a scottish roll hahahha

I was out on a field exercise while I was station in South Korea (Army) and have the same issue and I did try out gauze pads and it did work at first until I was getting dry hits after one drag when seconds before I just re dripped it, and I would remove my top cap and it looked soaked. So I agree with everyone else if you have the cotton balls in your clinic I would used them as a temp fix until you get home

Cotton balls work fine. Before the advent of stuff like cotton pads, Native Wick, Cotton Bacon, etc. this is what we were all using; cotton balls, unrolled, and torn into strips.

LOL - Guess people don't know - Cotton Balls roll out flat. Sometimes tricky finding the start point, but they do.

Yeah... Cotton "balls" are actually Cotton "barrels" and all one needs to do- Is find the end, separate, and unravel the barrel. You will then have a "cotton bacon" strip in your hand... & it didn't cost ya 10 bucks! lol. ALL I use to rebuild, is cotton balls. I am sort-of giggling at the fact that some of you don't know to use them.... You wouldn't catch me dead paying vape-shop prices for "wicking cotton" lmfao.

Well, you tried the cotton balls and I hope that worked well for you. I've also tried first aid gauze and found that works pretty well too.

on vape shops,bu i do buy cotton squares from the local pharmacy
