:-xI hate PayPal with a passion. They have ALWAYS gotten involved in a merchants business, and if they don't think it's politically correct they interfere. They piss me off to the nth. If this problem you are reporting is not just a clerical or limit snafu, then I'm going burn PayPal this time. :mad:AND, I'll put a lot of effort into getting my circle of contacts to burn their PayPal accts as well. :nah:

:evil:OH GOD!!! I just get soooooo ...... off at PayPal for this crap all the time. The ONLY reason I used it to trade with PureSmoker was because there was no other option.

Hey Steve... I have a checking account and I have Credit Card. It's not that difficult for you to apply to one of the merchant services and start accepting CC's and drafts with out a third party like PayPal. My husband also has a very successful biz on line and he told PayPal to take a hike right off the bat. He's never accepted them as a means of payment from his clients.

Should have stayed away from the liquid. The battery holder and atomizers are not what is considered against the policy, its the nicotine.

Really? Another supplier stated in his forum here that Paypal had shut him down because they would not handle "any e-cigarette related transactions." This supplier does not sell liquid, only PVs and batteries.

Looks like Paypal's policy is conveniently flexible:mad:

On what grounds are they canceling accounts?
Unless someone has committed a crime or is delinquent they have no right to do so.

Let me speak to a few attorney's Monday, we may be able to benefit from this.

I don't like segregation...

Great article for the Wall Street journal this...

They can do what ever they want. They are not a bank and they can make there own rules however they see fit. Lets face it here. It is time puresmoker steps up and gets a real check out system like other major retailers in which they can directly accept credit and debit cards.

PP will shut everyone down that sells ecigs as soon as they are aware of the seller. they are sort of slow but they will get to you sooner or later. Ive dealt with PP since 1999 and they have limited our business acct a few times for dealing in advertising sales. There is nothing legally you can do to PP.

Get a merchant acct. It takes a couple of days and is not expensive.
Then get a cart system that will accept cc's and a gateway provider like autorized.net.
Most merchant acct providers work with a gateway usually and will set all that up for you. Merchant Accounts - Accept Credit Cards and Credit Card Processing | Applied Merchant is the best I have found with no cancellation minimum. very reasonable monthly fees and you can cancel at any time with no penalty. Try them out, they are fast ans easy to deal with imo.

also if you want a great cart system use 1shoppingcart.com

Guys, we're working on this. Steve is out of town until Tuesday, so it will be at least until then before anything is resolved. Sorry for the inconvenience!

I had a question about with pay pal shutting down. I submitted my order (ticket number 19147) I was wondering if that will effect my order?
