Hi everyone.

I'm finally taking the plunge into the world of e-cigarettes. I'm going to start off by ordering a couple of disposable ones this week, manly to get the technique right so that when I buy a starter kit I don't get all frustrated.

I'm doing a lot of research at the moment and will definitely have some questions when it come's time to order nic-juice from overseas.

My aim is to use e-cigarettes not only to give up smoking, but also to break my nicotine dependence eventually so I'm trying to plan a strategy which makes vaping more attractive than smoking but which won't make vaping so attractive that I'll end up increasing my nicotine intake - so I'll probably stick to the tobacco flavours to start with and only mess with the others if I find myself nic-free but still craving the physical sensations of vaping.

It's going to be an interesting journey.

I'm pretty much going to take it as it comes regarding the nicotine reduction, although it's definitely a pain not being able to source nic-juice locally.

It's really interesting reading how much the technology has improved in just a few years - that alone probably plays a big part in more people making a successful transition from smoking to vaping.
