It's closing in on 2012 for e-cigarettes in America. I would wager that, within a year, electronic cigarettes and accessories will be fully banned.
Does any of this matter since the whole world is going to end December 21, 2012?!!!!!
My point here is, we do not know what will happen it the future. I think the OP has some VERY good points, but none of us have precognition so who can say what will really happen. As far as theories about the government go, the most logical theory is they will do whatever will aquire the most funds FOR the government (in the form of taxdollars) So, basically, if they can tax it, they will allow it. If it is too difficult to tax/enforce taxation on-they will ban it/make it illegal.Black markets will always exist, and IF any component of e-cigs is banned a black market for those products will arise.
What you have to ask yourself is- do I think any component WILL be banned? I you do, and it matters to you, you will stock up on liquid/accessories. Yes, you may wind up feeling as stupid as I did post Y2k after I looked at my stockpiles and realized I had .....ummm, overprepared?
I don't regret my "preparedness" and there is nothing wrong with "stocking up". But the ultimate question is: if and when a ban does occur...when your "stockpile" runs out.....are you willing to become a criminal by trafficking in black market products? I won't share my answer publicly. But we should all decide what our personal answer IS>
