NO ONE SHOULD USE THIS DEVICE.....EVER.

According to the picture, it has a MAJOR design flaw. The battery vent holes will be pointed straight at your face during use. So in the event of a battery failure, instead of blowing off a finger, you will melt your face.

I really like both of mine. They work well, feel really well built, and have all the features I need for my lifestyle. I doubt I'll ever take mine for a swim or toss it off a roof, but knowing that it's resistant to juice spills, and can take a drop (my eVic Primo took two falls before passing away) or two is ideal. The silicone covering is a lint magnet, but that's to be expected.
